Jollibee at Unimart Capitol Commons — Restaurant in Pasig

Just as reviewed by other people here, im confirming that jollibee in commons cannot be considered as a fast food. Mas mabilis pa yun mga full service restaurants. Here in jollibee commons they give you a gadget and tells you to get your food at the counter when it sounds. After about 15mins, it sounded but when i went to the counter, they gave me 2 of our order and gave me a new number and ask me to seat again and wait and they cannot say how many mins? When i asked how many more minutes since we have been waiting for 15mins, their staffs at the kitchen gives you the stare as if warning you of what they can do with your food. Floors are slippery and dangerous for seniors. Eggs are too stiff prang plastic. After waiting for so long, you think your food will be hot and newly cooked but eggs are cold and so dry, rice also cold and corned beef dry parang 10x na...

My recent visit to Jollibee Unimart Capitol was quite disappointing. The service left much to be desired, particularly due to the rude behaviour of the lady at the counter. The kiosk ordering system also proved inconvenient and seemed unfamiliar to the staff, which added to the frustration.

After queuing at the counter for some time, I was abruptly directed to place my order at the kiosk. Unfortunately, the kiosk did not accept VISA, forcing me to reorder and endure additional waiting time. This process was both inefficient and frustrating.

On a positive note, the manager showed some helpfulness in addressing these issues, which slightly improved the experience. Nonetheless, the overall service and ordering system need significant improvements to enhance customer...

I ordered a meal package at Jollibee and the Coke came in their usual plastic glass. I understand that Jollibee often serves their drinks this way, but this time it was really disappointing. The glass was so greasy that it seemed like it wasn’t properly washed or cleaned before being used.

For a brand as big and well-known as Jollibee, this kind of oversight is unacceptable. They’ve been serving drinks in plastic glasses for years, so by now they should have improved their sanitation practices to ensure cleanliness and safety.
