I was given the wrong sandwich and what's disappointing is that it is cheaper and that I just can't return it since my office is on the 28th floor and the elevator that serves our floor is currently defective so I took the stairs down to the 19th floor for low rise units just to have my preferred sandwich without even thinking that I need to take the stairs again from the 19th floor to the 28th after I got my sandwich. Hope they can be more accurate in terms of giving out the right order. Now, they have to deliver my order up to the 28th floor the same way I did back and forth. Sandwiches are good, but there’s this staff who always frowns every time she sees me. When I say hi, she gives me a cold look and says, “Wala pong GCash payment ngayon.” She was also the one with the other employee (who I think is new) when they made a mistake with my order — they charged me PHP 502 instead of PHP 205.
