Obviously way Overpriced, BUT that's fine if you're working as you get free power from the wall sockets :)
The atmosphere would be perfect if they didn't play the sort of terrible music that you'd put on repeat to torture war criminals... What on earth? Who choose this rubbish? It's like the worst from a selection of old 1940s drunk Marylin Monroe clones. Even worse that the air con is usually louder than the music and the speakers are so bad the words from songs are inaudible anyway. In the end it just becomes a random mush of noises which sounds kinda like a baby lamb being thrown into a lumberjacks wood chipper. So to be fair, it loses a star on that note.
The staff are all awesome though, very polite and attentive.
Only thing other than the horrible depressing war music (Which could be replaced by proper lounge Jazz or cafe shop music) would be upstairs sometimes there's a lot of gathering used cups n glasses which...

Read moreOne of my go-to branches when I'm looking for a Starbucks break. This branch is a "reserve" branch, therefore it carries a wider range of choices in terms of brews and beans. It's open until 3 or 4am but if I remember correctly I have had the opportunity to stay here until 5 to 6am a few times so their opening hours might have changed or might be dependent on whether it's a weekday or weekend. It's also one of the larger SB branches and you can choose from indoor or outdoor seating. The only problem is, lately they been experiencing water shortage so past 2am I think, their coffee choices might be limited. Aside from this, the toilets would also be closed so until this water problem has been alleviated I believe their prime operating hours have been cut short...
