Has seen better days. The crew try their best but the resto is dilapidated, dirty and disorganized. Meats were of low quality. Although the side dishes were plentiful, most of them were served cold and some seemed days old. The airconditioning was inadequate. The stives didn't work and they let you use a table top version which hurt my neck, shoulders and fingers from the position of the pan. The ordering system that they have doesn't work and just adds another layer of inconvenience to the whole experience. The restrooms were all wet and there were small roaches about. Even the soap dispenser was just placed on the sink and is almost imoossible nit to tip over. (I did so twice.) The siap itself ia useless as it's been watered down. The sigange and the menus that they had are outdated and the price difference between what is written and the real updated prices us laughably so far off. False advertising! No iced tea and no dessert even if they charge at the higher end of the Samgyup spectrum. Parking will always...

We went there around 1 p.m., and I noticed that there was no proper ventilation. The vacuum grill wasn't working, so when more people arrived, we were all getting smoked out, and the doors had to be opened, making the area hot.

The ordering system is great. They have a networked menu where you order from your phone. However, the service is too slow. We kept updating our orders from time to time just to get them, so we wouldn't waste our time waiting.

The smoke and the service are really disappointing, but I could see that the management is doing their best to serve their customers. However, as it was my first time eating at Geonbae, my impression is not that great.

Other points:

The wagyu (I know it's not really wagyu) tastes like luncheon meat. It's pricey for an hour and a half with that kind of service. It's so-so for me but has hopes for improvement. Scallops are available but not updated on the online menu, so we need to inform the management first. The bar...

Geonbae Modern Korean

Pros:

Staff are courteous and knowlegeable.

Comfort room are clean.

Ample variants of dishes.

Reasonable price range.

No corkage for birthday cakes.

Noise level is acceptable.

Accepts Credit Cards.

Gives PWD and Senior Citizen's Discount

Gives 50% discount for kids 10 years below.

Use of briquettes as source of heat.

Menu already on the app.

Store with cozy ambiance.

Cons:

Have limited parking space up to only 3 Cars.

Maximum of only 3 hrs upon ordering.

Promo of 10 +1 limited for birthdays celebrated on the birthdate.

Although concept is highly technical because ordering is based on an application. It will take time to learn the mechanics of the apps.

Suggestions: Provide terminal where we can check orders being made.

Infuse Korean culture for a more joyful dinner. Staff must greet customers in Korean

Provide calling cards to customers to promote store.

Promote not to use cellphones excrpt for making orders to give a...
