Although the side dishes were plentiful, most of them were served cold and some seemed days old. The airconditioning was inadequate. The stives didn't work and they let you use a table top version which hurt my neck, shoulders and fingers from the position of the pan. The ordering system that they have doesn't work and just adds another layer of inconvenience to the whole experience. The restrooms were all wet and there were small roaches about. The ordering system is great. They have a networked menu where you order from your phone. However, the service is too slow. We kept updating our orders from time to time just to get them, so we wouldn't waste our time waiting.
The smoke and the service are really disappointing, but I could see that the management is doing their best to serve their customers. However, as it was my first time eating at Geonbae, my impression is not that great.
