PS Bar and Billiard — Restaurant in Quezon City

Good place to hangout if you love playing billiards.

The establishment is divided into the open air section and the aircon section where people play billiards (the billiard hall). The billiard hall is also divided (by a mere signage) into the smoking and non-smoking area which does little when the smoke moves from one area to the other. The place badly needs a reliable exhaust system to ensure that smoke from cigarettes is sucked out of the enclosed room.

Food is all right and drinks are priced accordi g to what their market (college aged youth and yuppies) can afford.

A place to see and be seen... not for those who are eyeing the higher enx of the social spectrum... Katàmtaman lang...

As a shooter, this is not the place to go. But if you're looking for a place to hang out with friends or make new locals ones while enjoying drinks and food, this is a good option. On a weekday night the place was packed and I waited a little bit for a table before deciding to just leave.

Beer as well as cocktails available and prices are good for Manila. Tables appeared to be basic and, due to a lot of use by novices, probably not in the best of condition. Again, perfect for a night out with friends but not the place for a pocket-pool enthusiast if that's your primary focus.

Service of the staff is impeccable, very attentive as well for the requests of our table.

The food on the other hand, is a okay-ish. Fries that were served at different times were all good in flavor and dip, but they were all cold, even the one that was just served in the table.

Atmosphere is welcoming and nice, did not experience any untoward or unwanted attention/hate from other visitors. Good ambience. But the speakers are kind of bad, in quality, ruining some of the ambience.
