Cafe Mary Grace - Gateway Mall — Restaurant in Quezon City

The food isthe same quality as other Mary Grace branches and I think the prices are pretty much the same too. What sets this one apart is the unpleasant service, particularly the very long waiting time to get the attention of waiters to get your order, and the long wait again for your orders to be served. It's a struggle to even have a server to approach your table and sometimes me or someone from our table will have to stand up and approach the staff :( Then you have to wait extra long again for you bill. I'd be willing to give them at least stars for service if it happened to me just once, but unfortunately, this is my normal experience here. Dessert time for us, we got the sea salt caramel cake and the chocolate cake, they were yummy! Soft and moist cakes. Don't miss thier signature hot chocolate and coffee of course. Love the signature Filipiñana interiors, the flying birds amidst the capiz lights. This is the biggest Mary Grace restaurant to date. Great staff! Just ring the bell on your table. Cafe Mary Grace in Gateway Mall is a good spot for a date. It seems like a small restaurant upon entering the mall from the MRT tunnel but it is spacious inside. They have a variety of pastas, salads, and other meals in their menu. I'd say that the price is worth it per order because it is freshly made but you don't have to wait for so long. The person who took my order recommended the peach drink and I was scared in the beginning but I'm glad I tried it because it tasted amazing.
