Nag-inquire nga ako sa contis customer service kung ano gagawin kapag nawala form ang sabi ibigay lang ang name. Saka staff nila hindi alam na kapag anong araw pagclaim un lang pwede kaya pinabalik ako kinabukasan. Tapos ako sisihin nung sa counter bakit kinabukasan ako bumalik? Tatanungin pa ako sinong ung staff na nagsabi na kinabukasan kunin? So dapat ba kukunin ko mga names nila? Tama dapat nga kinuha ko name nung babaeng rude sa counter.
