Gerry's Robinsons Galleria — Restaurant in Quezon City

We had a great experience at Gerry's Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. All the staff were very attentive. Good job to Anne and French, who assisted us. We hope to come back!

July 21, 2024 (7:45pm) We were disappointed with your Gerry's branch in Galleria today. I had left good feedback on the Gerry's website a few days ago. My family decided to return to Gerry's because we had a great experience before, which is why we came back for dinner. However, today, the two male staff members were disappointing. I asked if it was okay for our group of 10 to be seated at the back, which they call the function hall, because we didn't want to sit at the entrance like last time. We were willing to wait for the table to be cleaned, but they said it was not allowed and insisted we sit in the same spot. One of your staff members was rude and seemed lazy about cleaning the table. In the function hall, there were many customers eating at the time, and there was an available table for 10 people that needed to be cleaned. Why were we not allowed to be seated there? We dined here during Mother's Day and luckily got seated right away at lunchtime. They usually have a queue, and bigger groups might have a longer waiting time. But the wait should be worth it because of the food and service. Our favorites inihaw na pusit and lumpiang shanghai were perfect. Tinomok was a bit saltier than the usual. Halo-halo was delicious and refreshing. Waiters were easy to call and quick to action. They were also extra cheerful towards the moms (given the occasion), which was great.
