We dined at Habanero because of the several good reviews online. Truly enough, the ambiance of the place is nice, and the food offerings are unique. However, some elements of the dishes fell flat.

Cheese pizza = It was okay. I didn't find anything particularly special about it. The crust was flakey, but it reminds me of Sky Flakes. The dish is also very rich and buttery. It came with a mango hot sauce, but I didn't like it. The mixture of the sweetness and spicy kick was not to my liking. But I can see how others would enjoy this flavor combination.

Oyster sisig = Very delicious! It definitely lives up to the hype. The serving size is quite small for the price, but it is worth trying at least once (or more, hehe).

Truffle pasta = It's delicious, and the flavor of the truffle sauce is pronounced but not overwhelming. Again, the serving is quite small for the price.

Lechon kawali = My friend enjoyed it. The sauce is very delicious!

Lengua (not pictured) = Very good portion size for the price. The vinegar it came with was underwhelming, but the lengua paired well with the sauce of the lechon. :)

Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Habanero. The restaurant was beautiful, the air conditioning felt cool, and the service was good. Hopefully, they can improve their sauces. Their creativity and vision for unique food offerings is...

I was estatic to know this new branch in roces because I heard a lot of good reviews about this resto and wanted to try it.

We arrived around 12:45pm, on a saturday lunch time and was 5th on the line. We’re given a table after 50mins. So be prepared to wait if you go peak hours/days.

We ordered their 3cheese pizza and spiced beef with lechon rice and the tanglad cocktail. The portions of their food is good enough for med-sized groups (3-4pax). Unpopular opinion, I was quite disappointed with the pizza because the crust felt like a biscuit texture instead of a thin crust dough. It was so crispy and didn’t feel like im eating a pizza. Taste is nothing special, just good even with their habanero mango sauce. But if you’re a fan of this, then it’s all good.

Next, the spiced beef is claimed to be sous-vide and indeed was tender despite it looking not tender 😆 we just find it on the sweet side and expected it to be more savory.

We loooved their tanglad cocktail though. Right mix of kick and sweetness and just delightfully refreshing.

Would still come back to try the other bestseller dishes to hopefully redeem my expectations so hopefully we will order the...

We went there early as their policy is a first come first serve basis. We were the first to arrive. To our surprise, the crew said someone was first in line. After around 15 minutes, when the person arrived, it seemed like they knew each other well.

When we were seated we noticed there was only 1 person on the 8 seater table. After about an hour, thats the only time the companions of this person arrived. How come its your policy to accept / allow diners that are complete, but these other customer was allowed to reserve the table and seat there for an hour despite the long queue.

The queue was long and people were noisy. The crew seemed to also provide better service to those who dressed rich / looked rich.

Food taste the same as other areas offering the same products. Ice tea is bland. They give water to some (immediately when you get seated) and to some you need to...

Stopped by since we saw the lines weren’t long. Really enjoyed the food, from their Oyster Sisig, 3 Cheese Pizza (These two tastes like it’s from the Two Seasons from Boracay) and Salpicao for Appetizer and the Lechon for mains. Most of what we ordered were had varying levels of spice so if you can't handle maybe you can ask the server. Also had the Pomelo Fizz Cocktail, sweet and salty with a light kick of alcohol. For Dessert we had the “Leche Flan” Egg on a Coffee Flavored Cotton Candy nest and the Dragon’s Breath Chocolate. One of the most unique desserts I had but the taste was still familiar so they’re both worth a try. Service was quick, they were all attentive and gave us all we needed. Parking might be a hassle since double to even triple parking is expected. Will definitely come back again, though will plan ahead as lines can get really long.

Always a Favorite! I always eat here with my siblings and partner—food is consistently amazing! There’s almost always a line, but this second branch of Habanero has shorter wait times compared to the original. The staff is really nice and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. We always order the sisig and a margarita pizza, shrimp side dish and this time we tried the lengua lumpia and—everything was so good! Drinks are great, though I wish they had the popping sago like in the original branch. One downside is that they don’t accept card payments, and the mobile signal inside is weak, so we had to step outside to complete a digital payment. Also, parking can be really difficult, especially when it’s busy, but we just wait it out. Despite these small inconveniences, the food is absolutely worth it! Still a big fan—definitely recommend!
