Sorry but I'm so disappointed. My friend and I got our orders then we saw at the counter that it was in a "take out" packaging even tho we said we're dine in. We are like "ok, it's fine" we tried to ask for a straw but they said they were strawless so okay BUT THEN IT GOT WORSE. THE ORDERS ARE INCOMPLETE. We ordered 2 c1 spicy and mix and match but there's only 1 c1 so we read our receipt if we missed anything. Because of hunger, we just accept it and I just order another c1(even though we already paid) so when we were about to eat, we noticed the receipt and our orders were punched. Like it said there are 2 c1 so we complained and then luckily we got the c1 that is punched in our 1st receipt.
By the way, in terms of food, the food is kinda messy. I ordered a coke float but then as I said earlier, it was in a take out packaging. It was sooo messy, the ice cream was overflowing. And also, my friend ordered iced coffee but she received a plain coke. And they said they were strawless right? BRO THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF US HAS A STRAW. Added to that the air is very polluted as the restaurant is next to EDSA Cubao LRT station and only has single doors allowing all the pollution to get inside whenever someone walks in. Best is to takeaway or just go across EDSA to PA Bernardo Branch which usually offers a better environment and better Air-conditioning. The food quality is excellent among everything that's going on and the staff are very polite and helpful despite the conditions. Maybe the management could do a bit more for this branch and all the hard working staff working here. Double doors to cut down on the pollution, air purifiers, better air-conditioning units.
