Kenny Rogers Roasters Eton Centris — Restaurant in Quezon City

Lots of cabinet type air conditioning units but they still fail to make the dining area at a comfortable temperature in this weather. The cashier said the ACUs are at 18deg but it's very questionable. We ordered our usuals, Solo A, roast chicken with one side dish. My wife and I both agreed that the chicken is different compared to other Kenny Rogers branches. It's bland and dry. On top of that, it's not warm as well as the rice. Dined in today 04/07/2025. Very disappointed when I asked them to take out my food I couldn't finish, they only included the chicken and java rice. Threw away the corn and carrots and muffin. They also wrapped my food lang using plastic and foil and didn't use their container with divider. Kaya siguro tinapon yung veggies and muffin ko.
