Starbucks Shoppes at Victoria — Restaurant in Quezon City

I've been a loyal customer of Starbucks Shoppes at Victoria for years, but lately, I've been increasingly disappointed with the quality of their drinks and service. The prices keep rising, but the portion sizes are shrinking, leaving me feeling like I'm not getting value for my money. The consistency of the drinks varies greatly from store to store, with Starbucks Shoppes at Victoria location consistently getting my order wrong and watered down.

Additionally, the atmosphere here has become impersonal and sterile, lacking the cozy ambiance that used to make them a great place to work. Moreover, the restroom is not consistently clean; there's tissue in every corner of the floor. It's also concerning that I feel the need to use a dummy email for my identity protection whenever I visit.

Newly renovated store but there is scarsity of chairs to sit on & accommodate their customers because a lot of the customers are alone or it's just two of them, doing their own stuffs with their laptop which occupies the whole space & it's hard to share a space with them or maybe we just came in with my 2 clients during the store rush hour which is past 5pm which is when office workers are out & students are also out from school.
