Without opening the door he stated “takeout only”. I asked why, they don’t close for another 40 minutes. He shrugged and walked away. If I wanted takeout I could have used grab or food panda… with that type of service, I’m glad I didn’t dine in. I also didn’t get takeaway. Through the years, I've visited their Banawe and Timog branches. The Timog branch disappeared and after quite sometime (just a year ago) Scout Tobias branch popped up. Am glad I passed by Scout Tobias lately and stopped for takeout.
