We ordered via Foodpanda and waited for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, only for the order to be marked as delivered even though we never received it.
If your contact number had been reachable, or if someone had responded to your Viber accounts, we could have prevented the delivery rider from stealing the order. Not only did this cause us inconvenience, but it also resulted in losses for your branch.
Please ensure that your lines are open so customers can follow up on their orders, especially when riders become unresponsive.
I personally went to your Tuazon branch to check if my order was picked up, but unfortunately, the rider had already left when I arrived. I had no choice but to reorder again when I got home since our group was hungry.
Foodpanda was able to refund me fully but it will take up to 45 days to get it back, but in the end, your branch still incurred losses and we were inconvenience with the amount of effort we put in from waiting to going to your physical branch to check.
Kindly make your contact channels more reliable to prevent these issues. What’s the point of displaying a Viber number and phone line at your Morato and Tuazon branches if they remain unreachable or unresponsive?
Your Tuazon branch number is unreachable while your Morato branch doesn't even reply and only views our calls and messages.

Waiting time as mentioned by the Cashier was 20 mins, I followed up after 20 mins and she said they have a full queue of orders and they have a 20 mins waiting time. I said its already past 20 mins so she went to the kitchen and assembled the 2 orders of Premium Pares, we ordered 2 Premium Pares, Shanghai and Pancit. I asked when the Shanghai and Pancit will be dispatched, the cook went to the counter and told me that the Pancit takes 5-10 mins to cook.
Another 20 mins passed and I went back again to follow up and they dispatched the Shanghai. No Pancit as they're still "preparing" it. By this time they weren't entertaining other guests anymore. The cashier would shout from the counter "nakahold po kami!" to entering guests. Also she hasn't given my change yet since they dont have bills. I went back to my seat.
Another 10 mins and still no Pancit. I went back to the counter and asked about it. The cook said "Wala pa sino ba yan?", jfc. I just cancelled and asked for a refund. My change was supposedly 281 and Ateng Cashier gave me 100, I have to correct her pa and reminded her of the Pancit Refund.
The cook has no hairnet, they are thawing their Pares Packs in the Dining Area, Small cockroaches can be seen in their counter, glasses are oily!
Horrible food,...

Alright, let's talk about the food! The food at Pares Retiro was seriously on point. I mean, my taste buds were doing a happy dance with every bite. The flavors were top-notch and had me craving for more. Gotta warn you, though, it's not exactly easy on the wallet. You might have to fork out a little extra cash for this feast.
One thing I absolutely loved about this joint was their unlimited soup deal. Yep, you heard that right—unlimited soup! It's like a warm, comforting hug for your tummy. So slurp away and keep that soup train rolling!
Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the Tapsilog dish. Oh boy, was it a delight! Juicy beef tapa, garlic fried rice, and a sunny-side-up egg that was cooked to perfection. It was like a party in my mouth, with every bite bursting...
