The receptionist instructed us to seat at the most end part of the restaurant (did not specifically say where to seat). We chose a table at that area.
Orders came and servers were confused where to serve the food. One girl server was loud about it and even cursed and said "kingina lumipat kasi". One of the other guy server was chill and asked us politely. I also said that we were not given a specific table, instead instructed that we should go sa dulo since there were 2 tables available there (we chose the table good for the 3 of us since the other long table can be used by other big groups).
We got the order and the girl server would look at us badly about it and giving us the looks of blaming us about the confusion. She even said "Dito po kasi yung table 23". I didn't hesistate to answer "walang sinabi kung saan kami uupo at di ko alam ang table numbers nyo". She was giving us such attitude. She was also inattentive after the incident. Good thing the other guy server was helpful enough to entertain us and brush off what happened.
I wanted to report it to the OM since (I myself is an OM in F&B and I don't treat guests like that or curse infront of them, even my servers are hospitable towards guests). I couldn't find the present OM that time. Instead during bill out, I opted to open it up to one of the servers. It was a very disappointing experience, me and my friends didn't get to enjoy our meal. We didn't finish our food due to the server's attitude. Never again. She ruined our experience...
Read moreI arrived at Ramen Kuroda at SM North around noon, where the waiter gave me a warm welcome. The cozy ambiance and the friendly staff added to my positive experience. They accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash as payment options but also suggested to try their online ordering system, so I downloaded their app and scanned the provided QR code. This resulted in a 25 OFF discount on the total bill, which I paid through the app. The order arrived promptly.
I ordered the teriyaki pork don with spicy ramen set, which came with a side of fruit and a cup of hot tea. Although I enjoyed the meal, I couldn't finish the spicy ramen due to feeling full from the teriyaki pork don. I asked to have it packed for takeout, and they promptly prepared it.
All in all, it was a fantastic dining experience with convenient payment methods and helpful staff. Kudos to Ramen Kuroda—I'll definitely...
Read moreIf you're looking for authentic ramen yet not too expensive. This is the best place to be. They're strictly following health protocols when dining. All staffs are congenial & approachable. I always order Shiro Chashumen as it's the pure taste of ramen wherein no other added flavoring to it. I love the taste of it, and when it's already half empty I can now add more spices like chili oil & peppers to add more strong savor to it. Try it! Crews might think you've just ordered Aka ramen.. Haha! Gyoza is also one of my favorite here but today I ordered a set of Tonkatsu instead mix with Shiro Chashumen. Yes you can do than instead of just Shiro Ramen you'll just add 50. Tonkatsu is a crispy fried pork which is crunchy outside but tender and juicy inside dip with it's own sauce and comes with cabbage salad. Yummm! Beware though with the small yellow paste-like, it's the...
