Prime Steak House — Restaurant in Quezon City

We could not help but compare this branch to the one in SM Pampanga. This one had a gloomy and uninviting atmosphere. Just so happened to miss the steak from when we dined in the other branch. Hope they improve. I don't have pictures as I was actually excited to this despite the sad review.

Staff were unattentive. One of their guys had a habit of raising his hand (signaling to wait) as if he is not interested to take your order (which he really did not approach us). Two small roaches crawled across our table. No apologies from the staff at all. They just killed it then and there. It was unsanitary. It seemed like we were the sensitive ones but please understand that we paid P849 EACH for our meal.

On the food, we order medium rare for all types. 1st steak ribeye was delicious and just right texture. 2nd beef salpicao was bit hard and chewy. My brother said it tasted like a frozen brand's instant tapa. 3rd ribeye again but this time there was an after taste of burnt charcoal already. 4th salisbury texture was just right but lacked flavour. 5th NY strip was too hard to chew. We had steak rice P95 each order, beans, coleslaw, fries. All sides were good.

I hope this branch improves and exude the same experience we hax in their other branch.

It was my first time eating there so I was happy at first. Me and my mom were waiting outside for the staff to assist us in how many are we. I am so disappointed because there were also other people behind us waiting and the staff was just staring at us. Like seriously? It took them long enough to finally assist us inside. The atmosphere was great and instagramable. After ordering our food they gave us the iced tea and the sides first. Then this happened, it's been 1 hour and they still don't serve us the food that we ordered. I was so fricking mad because we we're hungry that time and they were just doing "chismisan" at the desk instead of working. After almost 1 hour and 30 minutes they gave us the fish fillet first and it's not complete yet after 35 minutes they finally gave us the steak and carbonara. Also it's so hard to call the staff because they're too busy doing "chismisan" After eating we called one of the staff to bill out. Even at the billing they were so fricking slow?! it took us 30 minutes just to wait for the bill. After paying we didn't wait for the receipt because I am so mad at all of them because of the service so no one deserves a tip! Ps: We went there on April 20, 2025 at 11:05am. The food was great, the atmosphere was also great. All I hated was the staff's. I don't recommend this place at all! I'm not going back to this branch. Poor service and...

Unlimited steak deal is excellent! Staff are also kind and very helpful. Perfect if you want to celebrate birthdays and wins. Also available within the mall area so after your meal, you can go shopping or just stroll.

Pros: Their steak is good and tasty. You might want to try different choices rather than sticking in to one. Just like the other steakhouses, you can also choose the tenderness of your steak. Unlimited steak and sides are available. Fries and other sides are tasty. Different gravy choices are also available for different kinds of steak. Some steaks are huge, like the T-Bone

Cons: There are times when this store is filled with a lot of customers, thus the staff are quite busy in handling some orders. Orders take some time to be served. It's frequent to run out of sides (especially fries).

Pro tip: Order two steaks for one person (or whatever you can consume) since the service is quite sluggish, especially on peak hours (lunch and dinner) Try different choices of steak instead of just re-ordering the same variety over and over again.
