Tokyo Tokyo - Ali Mall — Restaurant in Quezon City

Ordered my food even though they said it will take 30 mins due to the number of orders lined up in the kitchen. Sad to say, after waiting a long time to have my food served, I still had to follow several times until all the items of my order were completed. The miso soup was served after I eat my bento and I had to ask about it 3-4 times. The staff doesn't seem to have a system, they are chaotic with the orders. They asked and took my receipt, then later on asked to have my receipt again even though it's with them already. When they are to check what's missing on my order, they can't find my receipt anymore. Not satisfied. Very bad...

While ordering the cashier punched two drinks instead of one. She even recapped it yet she did not mention the extra drink. My main concern is the utensils. Amoy basahan. We had to ask for disposable utensils since the smell is unnerving. They still did not change the batch of utensils after I raised the concern. Ordered to-go here and the staffs are all nice esp the cashier, very friendly and cheerful.

Food is good. Customer service is okay. Place is not as clean as I expected. Kinda crowded since it’s already Alert Level 1 in the city. Kinda waited for too long for my orders to be served. Only 1 POS available that results to long waiting line on the counter.
