We remembered a good dining experience food wise in the Wangfu SM Fairview branch, so we chose to try again when we saw a branch in Vertis North Ayala Mall.
Pros: Ultimately, it is the same delicious food, tasty and memorable. We ordered the same Hokkien Fried Rice, which is very tasty, and you can see they did not spare on the ingredients. The Hainanese chicken set was just as we remembered it, yummy. And the Salted Egg friend chicken was still simot sarap despite the spicy level, even my 9 year old cannot stop eating. My son also loved the milo godzilla drink.
Cons: The look of the restaurant is not a very instagrammable place. Looks like a food court. Their tables are very unstable. The 2 we're seated in almost toppled over when my son leaned over.
We might try again with their other offerings as we tried the same exact dishes in our 2 dining experience just because we liked those dishes so much.

Read moreThe staff in this branch are not attentive. They were always in the cashier area gossiping or just not giving a damn at all! The first time we came in this branch, they were rude and not interested that you’re a customer. When we sat, they dont even offer u water. And when they placed our utensils they dont even arranged it properly.
The second time is today when we came in to eat our lunch. THEY WERE NOT ATTENTIVE AGAIN AT ALL. We waited for 10 minutes in our table. I just stood up and went to their cashier area. And guess what? They were all in there not doing anything just chatting around 😂👍 take note, we were surprised because not too much ccustomers. Only few!
Worst branch. In cloverleaf, staff are friendly and they will greet u with smile and very welcoming. But this branch...
Read moreI love everything about this place - the laid back, family-friendly atmosphere, attentive and gracious wait staff, delicious food, fast service, and reasonable prices. The whole family enjoyed our meal.
There were seven of us and we almost ordered everything on the menu. Total bill amounted to P4.5K but that includes 7 drinks, 1 soup, 1 fried rice, 1 plain rice, 2 dried noodles, and 7 main dishes (forgot to take a photo of gen tso's chicken). We even had to take out some of the food coz we were so stuffed.
The family favorites are the salted egg chicken, salt and pepper liempo, singaporean satay rice noodles, and the stir-fried ramen although all dishes were...
