Burger King - McKinley Park Residences — Restaurant in Taguig

Super satisfied with the customer service that I received from the shift manager on-duty. I contacted the restaurant to request for a change of product. I ordered the burgerking king feast via food panda and I had no option to change the main dish, the system is in default to choose chicken fillet & there's no option to change it to burgers. On the app, King feast should be burgers as it was on the picture that's why I still push thru with my orders and what foodpanda delivered to me were chicken fillets with rice. So I immediately contacted the store and request if it could be replaced to burgers as it was in the picture. And Sir Mark, the manager on-duty that night (July 12) handled my complaint in very friendly and professional manner. He told me that he would be happy to replace it however there was no one available to deliver it to me because it was delivered via app and not directly thru their store. So he courteously asked if We can pick it up from the store instead. We did pick the orders up because of his willingness to assist. I know somehow It was also my fault for pushing with orders even though I noticed that there's an error with the foodpanda app but He did not put the blame on me but instead, He acted professionally to resolve the problem than dwelling on the root cause of the problem. Thank you for the excellent service, Sir Mark! There are things that are really uncontrollable but because of he's resiliency and concerns for the the customer's experience turned negative situations into positive....

Disappointing Experience at Burger King BGC McKinley Park Residence

I recently ordered a Whopper with Cheese meal for takeout at Burger King BGC McKinley Park Residence, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. When I got home and opened my meal, I found a Whopper that was missing key ingredients like ketchup, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. All I received was a burger with cheese and extra cheese—not at all what I expected. I’m not sure if this is a new version of the Whopper, but it certainly wasn’t what I ordered.

The cashier, whose name I believe was Shaira, seemed unfamiliar with the standard Whopper meal. She initially insisted that the meal came with only a Coke, and I had to clarify multiple times that I wanted the meal that includes fries and a drink, along with an additional medium Coke. Despite the back-and-forth, the order was still wrong.

The whole experience was quite disappointing, especially when you’re looking forward to a meal and it turns out like this. The service was subpar, and it seems like the staff could benefit from additional training to avoid misunderstandings like this in the future. Overall, a very...

The service was bad... Ordered two X-tra long chicken jrs, but the cashier only wrote one and we recieved one. Asked them about it like 6 minutes later and they couldnt even explain clearly what happened at first. I had to order another one again and then also ordered cheese bites, the lady even told me the wait time for it. So I waited again, I recieved the 2nd chicken jr but not the cheese bites. Asked the desk again for a follow up, one lady told me it would take 5-10 minutes, then she started consulting others about it like she was confused. Then I was told by (presumably a cook?) that they didn't even take my order for the cheese bites and said I could just cancel it... what the hell. Service was pretty disorganized. Food was fine....
