Ordered thru Grab on 03/05/25 and I speficially requested thigh or leg part for thr chicken and toyomansi for the 2 chao fan. However nothing was followed with my special requests and on top of that, I received subpar quality of food with the chao fans drenching with oil. I was dissapointed tbh and if I was given at least a heads up by the store, I would’ve understand. I left a feedback thru the receipt provided when the food was delivered and to my surprise, I was contacted by the assistant manager of the store, Sir Vhon, the following day. Surprised because I wasn’t just left with an automated response regarding my feedback. I relayed what happened and tbh, I left a feedback for the store to improve the quality of their service. Sir Vhon explained the store’s side and I explained mine. The store took accountability with the mishap and I was heard as a customer, with that I felt valued. However, sir Vhon offered to have the food replaced to which I initially rejected cause I wasn’t expecting it and I don’t want it to be deducted to the salary of the employee who have prepared my order that day nor want to cause the employees trouble. Again, I’m hust merely providing feedback. On the evening of 03/05/25, CK W City thru being endorsed with Sir Ryan, the GY manager, fulfilled their promise in taking accountability and replacing the food. I would like to thank CK W City employees and it’s management (most especially to Sir Vhon and Sir Ryan) for hearing my feedback, for taking accountability and making it right and for treating me as a valued customer. Also, their food service takes too long. They require their customers to pickup their food in the counter even if the order is not yet complete, then once the other items are available, they require again their customers to pickup the food again...
I have no problem picking up my food in the counter. The problem is,, since they don't complete the items in the order before calling the customer, it will require their customers to make multiple trips to the counter to get their foods. What if the customer is already eating their food served earlier? You will require them to stop their eating, leave the table, in order to get the remaining ordered food items.. That is the problem, and it is a hassle and not very efficient.
And let me add another thing, they don't serve complete condiments. You order a siopao? Don't expect a siopao sauce to be available or included in the order. Chance is, it's...
