Gino's Brick Oven lured me in with promises of Italian delights, and while I opted for the pasta instead of pizza, my taste buds enjoyed a delightful waltz. Here's the full scoop: **The Applause:** * **Bolognese Bravo:** The **bolognese pasta** was the undisputed champion. Rich, flavorful, and clinging perfectly to the al dente noodles, it was a culinary love song in every bite. The fresh ingredients and passionate preparation shone through. * **Service Serenade:** The staff at Gino's deserve a standing ovation. Friendly, helpful, and swift, they orchestrated a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. **The Encore:** * **Price Point Pondering:** While the food was delicious, the pricing did raise an eyebrow. For the portion size, the cost felt a bit steeper than expected. It didn't detract from the enjoyment, but it's something to consider. * **Cozy Compactness:** The restaurant's charm comes with a touch of snugness. During peak hours, the space can feel a bit compact, especially for larger groups. **The Curtain Call:** Despite the price-to-portion consideration and the intimate seating, Gino's Brick Oven earned a well-deserved **4-star rating**. The bolognese was truly exceptional, the service impeccable, and the overall atmosphere inviting. If you're seeking a delectable pasta experience and friendly service, Gino's is worth a visit. Just be mindful of the pricing and space constraints. **Bonus Tip:** Explore their daily specials! You might uncover a hidden gem at a more budget-friendly price. Remember, every dining experience is unique! What felt a bit pricey for me might be just right for you. So, explore the menu, savor the flavors, and see if Gino's Brick Oven writes its own delicious chapter in your culinary journey.

Dying to eat brick oven pizza on a Sunday and this place comes up first on the list around BGC. The price was okay, well in fact it is below what I had in mind. I'm sorry but I could not recommend the pizza, we ordered the Salami since it is the closest to the pizza I described to the waitress, however, it does not satisfy my cravings. The pizza was too salty, not even hot and the dough is not the best tasting, I can't even taste the burnt crust probably because the saltiness overpowered everything in it. It was probably the parmigiano-reggiano, or I don't know, I'm not an expert. I also ordered the Aglio Olio pasta, the taste of the pasta balanced everything for me though because it is smooth, but... The pasta is not properly cooked, almosy as hard as frozen gummy worms. Their carbonara which my wife ordered tasted okay in my opinion, it is different from what we are used to which I think is a good thing. Overall, our food experience was not at all great, but they did a good job in service given they have no service charge. The price is okay, and I can't argue about that, I just wish that they are careful with salt or whatever so as to not scare of their customers.

My pizza preference has evolved from thin and crispy crust to soft and chewy crust. We went here for pizza only but we were tempted to order their salad as well. Ordered Five cheese pizza and House salad with Burrata. Gino's uses very light crust that is airy and sort of fluffy but the toppings are plentiful. The five different cheeses toppings go very well with the chewy crust. Each bite was a bit salty, creamy, chewy and cheesy! The Burrata was a surprise favorite. They served the salad with a huge ball of Burrata. We sliced it in half and spread it all over the greens, the other half we ate on its own. As for the service, we did not have to wait long for our food to arrive. Also, their staff were all friendly and accommodating. With all that said, Gino's is easily one of the best pizza restaurants in my opinion.

My partner and I have always loved dining at this restaurant because of the delicious food they serve. However, our recent experience on Mother's Day was incredibly disappointing.

We arrived at 7 pm to find a long queue outside the restaurant. The hostess asked for our contact number, assuring us that they would call us when our table was ready. We decided to wait patiently, checking back with the hostess periodically to inquire about our table.

After waiting for what felt like an eternity, we returned to the restaurant for the third time to check on our table's availability. To our shock, the hostess informed us that we had missed our turn and would need to rejoin the back of the queue if we wanted to dine there. Frustrated and confused, we tried to reason with the hostess, but instead of addressing our concerns seriously, she seemed to find the situation amusing, giggling as we argued with her.

This experience left a sour taste in our mouths. The long wait, coupled with the lack of communication and unprofessional behavior from the hostess, made our Mother's Day celebration far from enjoyable. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service quality, especially considering our previous positive experiences at the restaurant.

As a result, we decided to dine elsewhere and had a fantastic experience at another restaurant. Thank you for helping us realize that we won't be returning to this...
