I don't eat squid, not even calamares, but when my family encouraged me to try the sotanghon in squid ink, I was really surprised - it was delicious and felt refreshing! Their food is amazing, and this restaurant is so underrated. I think I've found my new favorite spot!

For my siblings' birthday, we wanted to get them a cake, but the only whole cake available was the sans rival. So, we decided to order a serving of the banana volcano just to have a little something for them to celebrate their birthday. We already had cake during lunch anyway.

I asked them to put a candle on it so my siblings could blow it out. When our order arrived, it was brought to us by a male staff member who casually passed it to us.

Thankfully, the female staff member made the moment special. She took the cake, turned around, and seemed to hide it while speaking with her colleagues. It looked like she wanted to sing to my siblings even though we only had a small dessert, and she got her colleagues to join in, so they sang for them. That was incredibly kind of her.

She’s a gem at Lorenzo's Way BGC, and I really want to commend her. Before we left, I spoke to her to express my gratitude. She’s the kind of staff every restaurant needs - someone who brings passion to their work, not just doing a job for the sake of it.

Again, to the lovely lady staff member (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name),...

Been dining here for at least four years now. The ambiance of this restaurant is good. It's not crowded given the fact that there are a lot of people in Bonifacio High Street all the time. With that being said, the resto is quiet compared to most restaurants in the area.

The cocktails are good - I specifically love their Mojito.

I would've rated this four stars, but the quality of their food seemed lower these days - Specifically their Sugpo sa Aligue. I've been ordering this dish since day one, and the quality noticeably dropped a couple of notches - taste and presentation. The overall quality of their food also seemed to have dropped. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but I do hope their quality doesn't drop to the Level of their sister company/restaurant AbĂŠ.

If you're trying out this restaurant for the first time, try their Spanish Garlic Chicken.

For the price, if you ask me 1-3 years ago, I'd say it's worth the price. But now, it's not. It's been a while since I spent a few thousand pesos for a meal and end up leaving...

Very rude male staff. We (group of 3) asked nicely if we can order drinks and be seated al fresco since there was an outdoor event next to the restaurant that we wanted to be able to see. Staff told us in a very condescending way that we ‘can’t just order drinks and sit around’ (“tumambay”) and that we ‘should think of the business, too’. (We actually had no intention to “sit around” for long since the event was ending in 30 minutes, and they only had a few customers at that time — only one table out of the 10+ was occupied in the al fresco area.) Was also told they had a minimum 3,000Php order. How true? Even if they had this policy, we would have understood and maybe ordered worth the amount if not for their staff’s attitude. We asked nicely before even sitting down, so I don’t understand why he needed to be rude. Hope management trains...

**Lorenzo's Way Bonifacio High Street: A Filipino Culinary Gem** Lorenzo's Way at Bonifacio High Street is a culinary gem that beautifully blends Filipino and Spanish cuisines. The restaurant's rich history and warm ambiance create a delightful dining experience. The menu boasts delectable dishes such as crispy squid, paella valenciana, and crispy pata, complemented by a variety of refreshing drinks. The friendly staff and great service add to the restaurant's charm. One of the special highlights is the delectable halo-halo, banana cakes, and leche flans that leave a lasting impression. Whether you're a local or a tourist, Lorenzo's Way offers a perfect blend of tradition and innovation in its food and ambiance. It's the ideal place to savor authentic flavors and create wonderful memories.

Dinner out with friends and we ordered a bunch of items to share. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would not mind going back here. * appetizers of kesong puti caprese and baked cheesy spinach were good. Callos was good too but not a standout. * main entrees of binukadkad na pla-pla, knockout knuckles (their version of crispy pata) and lengua estufada were delicious! The calamares en su tinta was a bit overcooked making it a little chewy. The bulalo was good too but not particularly memorable. * bamboo rice is a must order! * for dessert, the toffee sans rival was definitely sweet but still a must get while Claude's Dream sounded better than the actual taste
