Update: The Starbucks store manager called to speak about the complaint.
I’ve given the feedback and I’m glad he understood where I’m coming from.
But then, my decision did not change.
Will never buy from Starbucks Arya again.
My previous feedback: Burn Coffee Problem -there were at least 2 instances before when I ordered for take out and we received drinks that tastes like burnt coffee.
The instances before were take-out and those were the earlier years from the time they opened.
So I shared my feedback to the staff back then over the phone, stopped buying from them, thinking they would improve in the future.
Luckily, Starbucks Finance center opened, and I would visit them frequently because it’s near our home (this branch is excellent).
This morning, I ordered from Arya again (after a long time) and it was a complete disappointment.
Latte tasted like burnt coffee, I asked for my white choco mocha to be warm but was hot (tasted a little burnt).
I made sure to add to the notes to make it “WARM”. Both were a total waste of my money.
Not reachable -I’ve tried calling their landline to share my feedback and they’re not reachable. Just send a complaint to Starbucks via email.
I’m hoping that this feedback reaches the staff so no other regular customer will have to go...
Read moreThis is a good starbuck since there is wifi and places to charge. There are two sections of this starbuck that has an outlet for you to charge. One is a "community table" located at the back of the starbuck near the entrance and the other plug locations is in the middle where there are a long sofa for you to sit and work. There is also wifi that I mentioned. The wifi isn't from starbuck, but from their partner, Arya Plaza. Where they do give out free wifi for guest. That is a such a perk for someone who really needs wifi, since internet here is quite expensive compared to other Asian countries. The wifi speed can depend on the amount of people. Like today, was fully pack and the wifi can only reach up to 8 mbs. Which is bad. However some days I can get around 20 mbs. One downside is that the starbuck's locations is next to the resident, outside of the bustling bgc area. There is parking space however. Another downside is this stabuck can be really pack for such a location outside of the main area. However, if you come here during the weekday except monday and friday, it won't be that busy unless there are events. In general, it is a good starbuck and my favorite starbuck since it offers many...
Read moreBy far, it is the slowest and noisiest Starbucks I've been to. People here are yelling loud, and the music is blasting loud.
I ordered the pure matcha latte. When I received it, it had several large matcha powder balls in it. So it wasn't mixed properly by the barista. It stems from the lack of attention to detail, possibly the work ethos in this place.
Napkin is a rarity. It's locked up in a vault. We weren't given any, and it's nowhere to be found. I had to beg for napkin, and in the end, they gave us TWO, yes, two small napkins. This isn't the Starbucks I know back home in the US. Yet, then again, this isn't Starbucks USA. it's owned by Rustan Corporation.
Weekends are packed with teeny boppers hogging the chair and electric outlets. Tables and floors are covered in dirt. The garbage disposal is ugly to look at. This makes for an ugly and uninviting environment. Staff makes no effort cleaning any of the mess. In fact, we had to clean the mess ourselves prior to seating.
We were not impressed at this so-called...
