Update - 23.03.2024
After an initial unpleasant experience at Meat Point, I approached my return with a significant degree of reluctance. I had hoped for an improvement in service and a more positive interaction, but unfortunately, my latest visit did not meet these expectations.
My request seemed simple enough: chicken without skin, cut into small pieces. This, however, appeared to be an unusual and inconvenient request for the butcher. Despite my clear instructions, the chicken was cut but not skinned. When I inquired about this oversight, the response was not an apology or a correction, but a question—why did I prefer skinless chicken and why couldn't I remove the skin myself? My reasons, based around personal preference and the expectation of service from a professional butcher, did not seem to resonate or expedite the correction of the mistake.
The conversation took an unexpected turn into a debate over my preferences, necessitating repeated requests from me for something that I had assumed would be a standard service. This back-and-forth was frustrating, to say the least. I had to assert my request three times, each with growing irritation, only to be met with reluctance and a lack of understanding on the part of the butcher.
Reflecting on my visit, I regret giving Meat Point another chance. The interaction left much to be desired and highlighted a significant issue with customer service. A basic request was not only unfulfilled but also questioned, making me feel both unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
In summary, Meat Point continues to struggle with providing reasonable customer service, seemingly unwilling or unable to accommodate simple customer preferences without unnecessary confrontation. This experience has only reinforced my initial reservations, leading me to conclude that seeking out alternatives will be my best course of action in the future.
Update - 04.12.2022
The place has gone bigger in size and now attracts lots of customer. Unfortunately this purely at the cost of customer service.
Today was my son’s birthday and we made reservation and requested a special table. Unfortunately the table is not give to us and stayed vacant all the time. I asked for the manager 3 time and he did not turn-up once. Finally I had to confront him and it turned out to be an ugly spat and even he did not acknowledge his mistake. His comments were also racist that there is always problem with Indians.
It seems the manager had more muscles in his brains and need very strong orientation on customer service.
We left embarrassed, what a miserable day!
Google forces me to give one star. This establishment does not...

Hostess stand was rude especially who named ELA,she showed no respect at all with taking our order in despicable way and on top of that she left the plate at the corner of table without saying any word. The Bartender was unprofessional and she knows nothing about her duty and about the dishes she is serving in results she gave us a wrong meal instead and when we tried to explain that situation 😅 she said that she is not a chef and she is not responsible for that mistake!Furthermore she is ignoring the customers calls and showing a moody face to us. overall it was a very bad experience if it’s not the worst.
5 stars only for "Yavuz" minus Infinity -♾️ for others

Read moreI always go restaurants in Lodz with my husband and this restaurant was the worst one ever. I've been there with my husband. We ordered Adana but it was cold, seriously. I could not finish it. Then, we asked for two Kunefe. After waiting for around 20 mins. waiter brought only one. Then I asked about the second kunefe and he said we have only one!?! Tell it before bringing it then. So service is awful. Also, communication is terrible there. Except for waiters, no one can communicate with you. Lastly, wanted to buy some meat. Meats generally were looking really really dark and old. There was only one fresh looking meet so I wanted to that. Salesperson there didnt speak English so I showed him with my hand to cut the lamp in cubes. He said only "No" and left the meat on the fridge and left us. I am so sorry because I persuaded my husband to go there. Never will...
