ordered ramen, and all ramen (udon) was super salty, almost uneatable. feedback was - no feedback, means - hmz.. strange. it is as it is. not cheap, not eatable.
to update - to restaurant, You have 3 rev not 4, and maybe they would not be similar if not all 4 ramens would be same. means we ordered 4 ramens - one ramen was left halft, other done, and others were finished by me - as i was little hungry. later in wv2 musem i felt really bad after this salt doze. but , as You say, i eat almos all, must be good? :) if business is measured by techical check after meal is done ( not in the middle) formally by asking before pay, was is good?, and if i say no, - then.. hmz.. had to be good, ok wtv :d , and then after review you say but bro, you eat all:d - have you see who did that? , that one hungry guy finished all other 2 half finished ramens and orher half finished was left. if waitress would see how uneaten ramen is just done by other..and ask, maybe sonething wrong ? and don't say we don't know what ramen is, as then, maybe we would not order 4? :d . on other table peope were eating 'daily offer' and that was looking good - not saying all Your food is bad, as i eat only ramen. Issue is, that , after saying no it was bad, it was like.. ok.. only after hour in museum i thought, maybe i had to stop eating and say complaint, but.. nobody walked, asked, i was hungry, and during pay that formal ask was it good , after nagative feedback was not understood. 3 reviews form 4 unsatisfied people, all have right to say. one stayed silent :) what else i should do. today morning in restaurant under hotel i was taking breakfast, and 2 times in beween i was asked maybe i need i cofee refill and is all ok? was perfect. i and said so.
so dont blaim customer that has eaten almost all your provided food, and you only after that asked is all ok? why to ask? if he did it - means was ok! what argument and You provided - oh he did ir all ( (not all but wtv) ) means all ok. why to ask then :d? formal technical question?:) big corporate procedure where feedback goes nowhere?
it was really super super salty. maybe just it was some mistake with salt. but it was over salted.
i did not asked for discount or smth. i said it was bad, and was not heard then. but i'm now, in google
but i think that Your reply - if you eat all - means, - why you are complaining .., quite good indicates...
Read moreSo, I was feeling "in the mood" for some sushi. Take a gander on google to look at some places. This pops up! Look at the photos and the food items seem delightful. So I take a hike down here next to the water (always a bonus)! I was welcomed in immediately. Sat down, received a menu and started looking through all of the options. I Finally pick out a beef sukiyaki soup, their special roasted duck gyoza( recommended by the chef... and now by me), and a nice shrimp tempura roll topped with salmon. The very kind gentlemen behind the counter preparing the sushi asked me if I would like my roll sweeter or a little spicy, I replied I would like it on the sweeter side. Boom! he takes off getting after it! Getting all of the ingredients laid out to best prepare the roll in a timely and organized manner. It is very relaxing and enjoyable to watch him prepare the food, so he gets everything placed in the roll as needed and then he pulls out the slab of salmon, slices it, places it on top and then OLE BOY (Petro is his name!) pulls out a torch and lays some mad flames to the salmon to give it a nice light smokey flavor to it! Needless to say, I am thoroughly impressed with this place! I have lived in California and Okinawa and this places is a true delight for sushi places! Plus they have an awesome water conveyor that wraps around their work station that adds a level of tradition and relaxation to the atmosphere!
Bottom line: good food, friendly staff, and a...
Read moreWe visited this place with three persons and sat at the counter with the floating sushi. A special ambience we really enjoyed. The seats are a bit too tiny/close to others though. The cooks unfortunately seemed very stressed with the amount of clients - when we came only a few dishes were floating, and during our 2-3 hours stay they were preparing many deliveries and orders of us clients at the counter. The floating sushi didn’t get renewed or stoked up - but I think it’s even worse that the very little that was already floating for hours and maybe even before our arrival wasn’t removed although clearly not fresh anymore.. Nevertheless it was very delicious! Starting from the tempura from the kitchen to the freshly made sushi. Very very good. To be honest I didn’t even expect that quality. In our opinion the bit longer waiting was worth it. Maybe in future the workload can be...
