Beautiful two-storey old style Merry-go-round located in the heart of the Old Town. Wooden horses mounted on posts moving up and down - might not be sutible for toddlers but there are royal type horse drown carriages on the carousel they can go in without the fear of them falling down. The carousel looks amazing when it's dark as it is lit with hundreds of lights. Bardzo arogancka i niekompetentna obsługa. Okazałam dziś w kasie w aplikacji dwie karty turysty, które umożliwiają tańszy zakup biletów. Pani na kasie nie potrafiła wprowadzić ulgi, co najwyraźniej poirytowało jej towarzysza z obsługi, który w momencie wystąpienia problemu z ich strony w bardzo niegrzeczny i arogancki sposób zaczął mi wmawiać, ze wersja karty nie może być mobilna, a plastikowa i oni tylko ta druga uznają, co mija się z prawdą- dane na plastikowej wersji i w aplikacji są identyczne i nie ma różnicy której wersji się używa! okazałam Panu informację w aplikacji ze posiadam u nich zniżkę oraz informację na ich własnej kasie biletowej, ze cena jest niższa z kartą turysty. W końcu gdy obsłudze zabrakło argumentów otrzymałam bilety we właściwej cenie, natomiast niesmak pozostał. Korzystałam z karty turysty w kilkunastu miejscach w Gdańsku i tylko tutaj obsługa nie potrafiła jej obsłużyć. Co do samej karuzeli dziecko zadowolone, gdyby nie powyższa sytuacja ocena byłaby...
