We were welcomed by manager, and we sat at the table. Thought we noticed very judgmental look from him, we didn’t want to pay attention to it. The waiters were very much friendly and helpful with menu and choices of food. We were served delicious food and they made us feel comfortable. The Ribs were the most delicious and mule wine was divine. We really enjoyed the restaurant till the moment when we were asked for the bill. So apparently they add 10% for service if your bill is more than 100 zloty. Which was fine, but when i asked the manager to explain as we didn’t notice that in the menu, the manager threw a menu and left the table, even though i was about to ask a question and to realize he just went to attend another guest. when i asked him to come back and explain, i will quote : we are not only ones in this restaurant and he needs to attend other people. and whatever is written in the menu is clear and there is no need for other explanations. Which made us feel stupid and ignored, moreover to receive such a rude answer to a simple question to explain that rule. I would say that the manager needs to learn some manners and be careful what he says. Whoever come to ask question, he has to answer politely without proving his point. I’m coming from service industry and i know that this way of speaking and treating the guests are unacceptable. We are not the employees to know your rules, so be kind to answer questions when one is arises. I don’t recommend this place if you care about simple...

This was the waiter's exact response when I asked him why he charged us twice for the Flounder. My girlfriend sent hers back due to how distasteful it was, though they dubiously claimed it was their special.
It was the first time I ever paid for food that was returned because of inferior quality, and I've been traveling throughout Europe and indulging in different foods for the past seven years.
The waiter asserted that it was not the chef's fault that the fish tasted musty and bitter, but that of my girlfriend's tastebuds—I was truly floundered by his response (pun intended).
I have no doubt that many people will still frequent this restuarant as a result of its prime location on the water and from curious passers-bys' (as we were), but I am also 100% confident that you will be repulsed by the food and service. If you pay top dollar, you should, at the very least, receive mediocre food and service, not something you would expect at a Mcdonald's in rural Missouri.
For the sanctity of your wallet and your conscience, stay as far away from this restaurant as...

Our server, a remarkable young lady, not only provided a warm welcome but also demonstrated an impressive memory, flawlessly remembering the varied orders for our group of 10-12 people. The mix of starters, main dishes, desserts, and drinks was intricate, yet every item was served correctly—a feat that truly impressed us.
