Hokkaido Sushi and Japan Cuisine — Restaurant in Gdansk

A terrible place! I ordered soup, coffee with milk, a glass of water, and rolls... From the whole list, they brought me rolls!!!! they don't have water!!!! Come on, it's a restaurant, but there is no water, there is no milk either!!! They explained to me that I was the first person to ask for coffee with milk all day long!!! They didn't bring me soup either - there were no ingredients. The sushi did not impress, it was half a portion, compared to other countries.... The dishes are a separate topic, everything is very destroyed with cracks. There were 2 containers with soy sauce for 2 guests, one of them was empty!!!!. I didn’t want to write bad review on my birthday date. But just saw again photo of the order and decided to drop a few lines, cos it’s quiet ruined a lil bit my day. On my birthday I decided to treat myself & family with delicious sushi, ordered from Hokkaido because I had few orders earlier and eat in the restaurant itself and impression was good. However not this time 🤦🏻‍♀️ the order was for 245 zl but rolls were disaster, rice was old and not delicious, rolls were falling apart that you couldn’t even bring to the mouth. Food was great! But we waited 50 minutes for the drinks and another 30 for the food. They were seriously understaffed but the PR dude on the door kept bringing people in, instead of cleaning a bloody table or bring drinks. The staff was not rude, but I heard the waitress arguing with the table next to us cause “they ordered wrong” instead of apologising for taking orders on the top of her head and not writing them down. Another table waited 15 minutes standing for the bill. When I went in to ask for a bottle of wate, I was told that it will brought to me, since they have to prepare it.
