Banda Burger's LOKAL27 — Restaurant in Krakow

We went there with rather a large group of people for lunch. Despite us being not the best guests (loud, unorganized, a bit chaotic, SORRY FOR THAT!) the staff remained very friendly and happy to serve any of our needs. It took a bit of time to prepare our massive group order, but when I got my burger and fries with beer cooked bacon, it was really worth the wait. The flavor of meat was strong and delicious (not like plastic low quality meat you get in most places, but actual good meat), toppings were outstanding, especially the pickled beetroot. The burger in general was very moist, which I can imagine not to everyone's taste, however we loved it. Do not expect fancy presentation or any chic from these burgers - these burgers say "we are homemade" and you can clearly see that chef makes them as he would make them for himself. Cannot imagine a better place in the area to grab lunch or early dinner on a cold day!...

Disappointing Burger Experience at Highly Rated Bistro They have 4.9 stars from almost 900 reviews. However, my experience at the restaurant fell short of my expectations. The burger I ordered was mediocre, with a dry and crumbly bun that didn't hold together well. Burned meat with lack of flavor, resulting in a bland overall taste. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our food. The vegetarian version of the burger was even worse, and they didn't offer a chicken option. Based on my experience, I find it hard to believe the restaurant's high ratings are genuin. I am not fan of mcdonalds, but I think it would be much better option than this I undestand that people in Poland may have different taste for food, but at least you should try to get better buns and stop serving...

2025 Update 2: Changed from 5 stars to 3 stars. It seems the owner's absence has affected the quality. Sadly, the burgers were very salty, and the bread was completely soaked from the meat juices. The fries were soggy, and the bacon (on the fries) was not crispy. Still a decent burger, but nothing special. Two burgers, one beer, one coke, one order of fries with bacon: 122 PLN.

2023: Wow! The burgers here are amazing. 10/10. The picture shows the Double Trouble burger. We had regular fries with BBQ and mayo. Two burgers, one order of fries, two craft beers, and one water cost 118 zloty.

I will visit again next time I am in Krakow.

Update: I couldn't wait; I went back two days later, and it was undoubtedly the best burger...
