Gruba Buła — Restaurant in Krakow

Came in tonight around 7:45pm and had the classic beef burger and chips with ketchup it was without a doubt the best meal I've ever had on my travels this year! I can't understand how this place doesn't have 5 star rating (so happy for you that you have a 4.7 but you deserve higher) I was served by a young girl with brown hair and glasses she was quick to take my order and I wasn't waiting long less than 20 mins max and I liked that you could choose when you order how well done you'd like your meat to be I went for well done as I don't like medium or spotting undercooked meat- you won't have that problem here as its cooked of quality ingredients to perfection just how you like it The staff are friendly, tables are clean, prices are very reasonable and the food is outstanding easily the best restaurant I've visited whilst on holiday to Krakow and I will definitely be returning on future trips The food is filling and I enjoyed my visit here so much Thankyou for a wonderful meal and...

Went as here there were the best burgers in Krakow. Spoiler: they are, perhaps. Surely top 3.

Burgers are large and prices moderate. Good combination. The mix of sauces, cheese, and vegetables is very well concocted. No flavor overcome others. I was not impressed by the patty, too dry, but it works well with the rest. Meat is tasty, cooked a tad longer than I like.

Overall, great burgers. Even greater were the fries, truly superbly done. I am no fan of potatoes in general but the fries here were so tasty that I forgot they were made of potatoes. Tasty mayonnaise too, I forgot to ask for the brand they use.

Service was quick enough. Served with a smile, which is not common in Poland. Kudos to the girls serving. An hipster place, in a calm alley in Kazimierz. Very good spot for a lunch while...

As far as I remember since the first and second local they had, they changed the bread they used in their burger, it used to be another one. Burger and fries were too salty. It pass the burger cheese and bacon from 20 zlt till 28 zlt in 3 years. Since the owner, at least last time I was, is not cooking there, before you used to see him in the kichen all the time on his first local, the quaility of burger decreased at least for me. Quality of meat is still great. Girl taking orders quite unfriendly. The good think is that now they have a local where you can sit. I just wonder how this new place is better financially as the first local wich was always full and had to wait long time every weekend for burger.
