It was so nice enjoying the food of my youth, that my grandmother & mother used to make, brought back all the warm fuzzy feelings. We had Gefilte Fish which was so lovely, just wished we were getting a whole ball of fish instead of a couple of slices, but tasted great along with the delicious jelly. Matza Ball Soup was a little disappointing, the chicken broth tastes artificial as though it's made from shop bought stock cubes, not lovingly made from chicken, onions, carrots & spices. The matza balls were tasteless & bland, I think they use fine matza meal instead of course & it needs more eggs in the mixture & definitely needs pepper in the mix too.
