Ulica Krokodyli Pub & Cafe — Restaurant in Krakow

Awful experience!!! Stepped into the pub and while waiting for my friends ordering the drinks, was hit to my head by heavy iron baldachin, which fell down on me when I was sitting inside at the table below it. It was bloody hurting and scaring!!! The reaction of the pub’s staff was completely inappropriate, the barman said he is busy with drinks while the lady asked to leave the area. No question if I feel good, need help or smthng. Both the barman and the lady were after shots (saw them drinking with some crowd when entered the bar). Lack of maturity in handling the situation, total arrogance and indifference to the clients, absolute no for anyone, who wants still to enjoy...

Some random drunk guy was extremely rude to me here, and the servers did nothing - in fact they laughed. Polish isn’t my native language, I’ve been here for almost a decade, speaking the language and learning the culture. But my god, I’ve never felt so discriminated against. The servers were rude, mean, and just flat out disrespectful. I wanted a beer? Rude. I asked for a table? They gave me the worst one.

I asked for a table outside, the server said no, then sat other people outside. It’s as if they didn’t want me or my friend outside.

Honestly, if you don’t speak Polish? Don’t bother.

This place doesn't do food as far as I can see, but I can't post a review without a rating for food. There is a pavement terrace at the front from where you can hear the Hotel Eden's klezmer band that would cost you zł 30 to listen to if you sat over there. If you don't like klezmer, there is also a garden at the rear. Most importantly, there is an indoor smoking room that is as pleasant as they get.
