La Habana — Restaurant in Krakow

Atmosphere was spectacular and the selection wasn't bad. Bartender was friendly. However - he was out front with friends when we arrived. No way he could have missed us coming in. Took 10 minutes to even come back to the bar. I would have been fine with this - people need a break. That said he did it again 20-30 minutes later when I came back down for a second round of drinks. Also - sold us a 90 pln cigar that was overtight on the wrapping. When I asked about it he told me all of the cigars of that variety are like that. I've smoked that exact cigar before. I know that isn't true. Bad wrappings happen. It's a known manufacturing defect. This isn't on the bar, but it would be appropriate to replace the cigar when this does happen. I don't give 5 stars because everything can always be better but this is a place where you feel comfortable, where there's a peaceful atmosphere and a cosy interior. On top of that an extensive list of cocktails, but also own mixtures of beers with juices and such, and you can buy a Cuban cigar if you wish. You'll have to smoke that outside or on the first level which is the smoking area, with about ten tables. Ground level.doesnt get any trouble from the smoke, only the door doesn't get closed from time to time which can be annoying when it's cold outside. Top staff. Definitely...

Byłam stałą klientką około pół roku temu. Obsługa tam pracująca była bardzo przyjazna, chciała zawsze jak najbardziej dogodzić klientowi. Zwłaszcza Pan w dredach, jego wspominam najlepiej. Zawsze zamawiałam piwo zero. Jednakże ostatnio wróciłam do tego miejsca z miłymi wspomnieniami i się zawiodłam. Pan za barem arogancki - cytuję "chu.. wam sprzedam" - nie miałam dowodu ze sobą i chciałam wstąpić na piwo ZERO PROCENTOWE!!! Po pokazaniu legitymacji Pan również tłumaczył, iż nie zamierza mi tego piwa sprzedać, bo legitymacja (plastikowa) to nie dokument. Jest to prawda ale po co do piwa zero dowód bo nie rozumiem. Odpowiedz na odpowiedz właściciela: Powtarzałam mężczyźnie za barem, że chciałam kupić piwo zero. Nawet argumentował, że "piwo zero jest nadal napojem alkoholowym", mozna prosto sprawdzic w internecie, ze to nie prawda. Moj kolega chcial sobie kupic piwo procentowe i mial on dowod a ja WYRAŹNIE prosilam o piwo zero. Mam nadzieje że to była zwykla pomylka ze strony osoby stojącej za barem. Po co mi dowód do piwa zero procent? Nie rozumiem też czemu barman twierdzi iż nie był wulgarny. To co zacytowałam to słowo w słowo to co...
