I’ve given this place two chances and they have failed me both times. We read the rave reviews and thought we would try it as our son always wants a pizza, so we wanted somewhere with an imaginative menu. On both visits I fancied the tuna steak pizza as it sounded intriguing. On both occasions after we sat down and ordered I was told I could not have this pizza. I’m not in krakow often (twice a year) but thought after 6 months I could try it. I asked if they would have it tomorrow thinking we could go away and come back then but the waitress ambivalently shrugged. I tried to at least order a drink but the lemonade was also out of stock… Anyway I think this place is not for me. I let my wife and son order and decided not to bother eating something that I didn’t want. I tried their pizzas and to be honest I was not impressed. Burnt at the edges and sloppier than I’ve ever witness before in the centre and ingredients tepid. I see another reviewer said the same. I spend a lot of time in Italy and London and I’m used to great pizza. I won’t be going back here again. If the staff member tried to sympathise and recommend something else perhaps I would have enjoyed the experience more. Once, twice, but not thrice! I will take my money somewhere that can serve what it adversities. Or rather updates the menu to say that certain meals are subject to availability. What’s worse is we went out in a storm to have this...

Read moreWe were going to have some good Neapolitan pizza tonight with six people that we had been looking forward to all day. The choice fell on this pizzeria - reservations were unfortunately not possible. When we arrived, there was a free table for four people. The service quickly made clear that it was not possible to add two chairs and we were sent back outside the door to wait. Over the next 20 minutes, there would have been repeated opportunities to assemble a table for six, but the staff instead occupied larger tables with only two people and were absolutely inflexible and unfriendly. Eventually, we even decided to sit separately. But when we were sent back out the door to set the table, we finally lost our anticipation.
We then went to a nearby not-so-modern Italian restaurant, where the service was very accommodating, friendly and attentive, and we ate very well. We still had a relaxed convivial evening and are very happy to...
