We visited this place for the second time this year and were somewhat disappointed over last year's experience. Whereas the food was very tasty, the service was lacking somewhat. This was down to the same guy at reception doing the greeting the serving and the washing up. If my suspicions are correct, he was probably doing the cooking as well. No harm to him, he was doing his best as he seemed to be holding the fort on his own and he cannot be blamed for the shortfall. His communication skills were somewhat limited but he was pleasant and tried his best. Hence the atmosphere along with the service suffered. Lovely place with fantastic, friendly staff who were a total highlight. The guy who runs it is very passionate about his food, and explained where it originates from and why it's different to pizza. Some good vegan options available, although they were out of quite a few things when I went (vegan pasta, vegan pesto, etc.). Settled on a pizza-type thing, which was nice but waaaaay too cheesy/heavy/fatty. The serving size was HUGE, so it's a good place to share food. Absolutely lovely decorations and ambience....

We went on reading some good reviews, however, poor service, the worst pinsa (which is Rome style pizza) I've ever tasted, not one piece of flavour in anything, my wife had Con Pollo or chicken & pasta, it looked like it came out of a microwave, tasted awful and the chicken tasted off so as you can see from pics she left the whole bowl.
