Arriving to Krakow from England we had a table booked in advance for 8pm on Monday for our first meal whilst in Krakow that we were very much looking forward to.
My partner ordered the Ribeye (med/rare) and I ordered the Moo Moo trio (med) along with two sides, broccoli and sweet potato fries and sauces. Although we were impressed with the size and presentation of the ribeye, it was cooked very rare, however my partner didn’t mind too much and continued with her meal. Upon opening my trio of steaks, each one was cooked differently, one well done, one medium rare and one very rare. I did manage to get the attention of the staff after around 10/15 minutes and the lady serving us took away my plate without much of an explanation. She later returned with a plate consisting of a lone, small portion of tenderloin (no sides, no sauces, no garnish.)
Having been presented with this, I had to wait a further 5 minutes to request cutlery as this was also taken and not replaced. When I finally managed to cut into my steak, I once again realised it had been cooked rare, rather than medium as requested. I hesitantly had to try to get the attention of a staff member once again, who abruptly took my plate away without a word. Ten minutes later, the same small piece of tenderloin, overcooked, blackened and dried out was put back in front of me. At this point I had completely given up in trying to communicate that I would like my (what should have been trio of) steak cooked medium and didn’t eat a bite before it was again taken away.
We then got the bill. Although we had only had 2 drinks each and only the one steak that my partner reluctantly ate as we had just landed and she was hungry, our bill came to 644,00. Upon further inspection, we realised this bill not only contained the trio of steaks that I did not touch and was replaced with a single small piece of tenderloin, that again wasn’t eaten. There was also a full bottle of wine on the bill and 3 glasses of wine (we had 2.) We once again brought this to the attention of the lady serving us who made it quite awkward, but eventually admitted to making the mistake of adding the bottle of wine and agreed to remove the trio of steak that we never actually had.
I feel the bill was still incorrect as we paid for it in cash with full payment to avoid any further awkwardness as we both hate complaining.
We were just highly disappointed as being out first experience eating out in such a wonderful city we had a very poor time, both with the food and service.
I have never complained to this level ever in my life but feel it only right to voice this as I wouldn’t like anybody else to experience this level of disappointment & service, especially for the price they charge.
After leaving with myself being famished we decided to go next door so i could have something to eat singularly.
Again, such a shame to have to leave this feedback but it is my true experience and would...
Read moreI visited your restaurant last night with my two daughters and ordered a Tomahawk steak. I have never experienced worse service or food. We ordered the steak medium, but it was completely gray and almost impossible to cut with a knife. The sauces we ordered didn’t arrive, so I had to ask for them as well as spoons to serve the side dishes. No one came to ask if the food was okay or if we needed anything. One of my daughters couldn’t eat any of her steak. There were only two other tables with guests in the restaurant. Finally, I went to the counter to complain. Our server was a woman around 40 years old with black hair and tattoos on her neck. I spoke to her calmly, in a firm tone but without raising my voice, telling her that I would be leaving a bad review about both the service and the food. She became very angry, went over to my daughters, and accused them—asking why they didn’t want to pay when they had eaten some of the food. They calmly explained that we had tried to make the best of it since it was so late in the evening (9:30 PM) and we didn’t have time to eat somewhere else, but that the food was not good. There were many pieces of meat cut up on the plates, and most of the sides were left untouched. We had eaten 4 overcooked shrimp and some fries. I never said that I wouldn’t pay. I went back to the table to protect my children and to say that I just wanted to pay and put this experience behind us, but I mentioned that I thought she was providing poor service. She raised her voice at me and threatened to call the police—“because we are in Poland, after all.” We found this experience extremely traumatic and the behavior unacceptable. I understand that perhaps I should have gone to the counter earlier to complain about the food and refused to eat it. But I didn’t ask for free food. I never said anything about not wanting to pay. She, on the other hand, could have been a bit more humble, as people in the service industry usually are. She could have been nice to us, apologized, and said they would try to do a better job in the future. She could have taken 10% off the bill, not charged us for the awful sauces, given us free drinks, offered us free dessert—anything. She could even have said, “I’m sorry, I can’t offer any compensation since you ate some of the food, but we apologize for your bad experience with us.” Anything would have been better than raising her voice at me and threatening to call the police. 0 stars. I advise everyone to avoid...

I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying the most incredible dining experience recently, and I cannot stop thinking about it. From the first bite to the last sip, everything was flawless.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the steak—cooked to absolute perfection. Juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, it was exactly how steak should be but rarely is. Paired with crisp, golden chips that were light and fluffy inside, and a side of vibrant, perfectly steamed broccoli, the meal was both hearty and elegant. The herb sauce was the perfect complement, adding a fresh and zesty kick to every bite without overpowering the natural flavors.
To accompany this feast, I enjoyed a glass (or two!) of wine that was clearly chosen to elevate the meal. It was smooth, rich, and balanced—a perfect match for the steak and sides.
However, what truly made this evening unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Radek. Attentive without being intrusive, Radek anticipated every need with a warm smile and a genuine passion for ensuring the best possible experience. Without a doubt,he made me feel like a VIP throughout the meal.
This was not just a dinner—it was an experience. The combination of exceptional food and Radek's impeccable service created a memory that will stay with me for years. If you're looking for perfection in a meal, this is the place, and Radek is the person to ask for. A five-star experience...
