Pizzatopia Plac Nowy 4 — Restaurant in Krakow

We were in different Pizzatopia in Krakow more than 10 times with excellent service. As a group of six people this time, we thought that we will have the same experience here as well. As it turns out this wasn't the case.

1. one employee was really distracted, wasn't listening the order and we had to correct her in almost every pizza we took because she did many mistakes with ingredients,
2. the quantity of the materials which was put were not enough - totally different than the quantity in rest of pizzatopias (photo from half of pizza with almost non existing Rucola)
3. we always take spicy sauce because we like spicy food in general and we could categorise it as mild spicy. This time unfortunately they may made a mistake in the ingredients analogy while creating the sauce and as a result, it was extra chilli. This resulted in half of our company not being able to finish their meal.

In conclusion, we understand that the people working there may had a "bad day" once, but when a company has more than one restaurant, they need to insure the same quality of the product everywhere, everyday, no matter the case, so this is...

The reason for 3 stars that I give you is not food quality, which is great, but the service. I have never had issues in other pizzatopia (near city center) but in this plac nowy I had. I just wanted to put the indigridients and I was showing him/her what to put. Like I want this first saus (ketchup). And he/she looked at me like "are you kidding me" with no smile at all. I repeated and she said "Look Look you have all the names on glass". Then I asked for chicken and he/she puted minimum amount so I needed to ask for more. The situation repeated again. Staff 5/5 very friendly, efficient and good hygiene observed. Premises 5/5 the premises were very clean and in good condition. Choice of toppings was excellent and so easy to follow the menu of multiple choices. Catering to most dietary styles. First time we have been and so impressed, I really wish we had these in the uk. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and in minutes, those ovens are like I have never seen before.
