Brought my family here while on holiday in Krakow. We were a big group of 15 and we all loved our meal here! Absolútna katastrofa! Sme tu už druhý krát a teda musim povedať, že horší podnik som uz dlho nevidela. Zo zásady nepíšem negatívne recenzie nikdy, ale toto presiahlo všetky hranice. Obsluha za 25 minút našej prítomnosti nezareagovala nijak. Jedálny lístok sme si vzali od susedného stola. Keď sme si objednali jedlo, dostali sme najprv niečo úplne iné ako sme chceli. Po upozornení nám najprv priniesli hlavne jedlo a 15 minút na to prišla polievka, s odpoveďou obsluhy, že tak to kuchár pripravuje. Haló, to myslíte vážne? 10% príplatok za väčšiu skupinu pri stole dokážem pochopiť, ale ak si mame pýtať ešte aj príbor ku každému jedlu zvlášť ( najprv sme dostali nôž a vidličku a až po príchode polievky na stôl a následnom upozornení, sme dostali lyzicku) a co je pre mňa absolútne neprijateľné, je špinavý servis. No uznajte, napili by ste z takéhoto pohára? A aby som nezabudla, pred príchodom do tohto podniku sa prosím, teplo oblečte. Konštantná teplota je 10°C.
