Very nice place except for the awful service. When I arrived the waitress said hello but was wrapped up in a conversation with her friends at the only other table with customers for quite some time. I sat and sat and eventually she brought me a menu and said I needed to order at the bar. When I went to order, I was told that the specific table was reserved in 50 minutes time, not an issue, but why did the waitress not say anything 2 tables away when I arrived. I really enjoyed my visit to this place. Everything was great, especially the service! Such a pleasant one that actually is kind of rare in comparison with other cafes or restaurants in Krakow. Kiedyś to kawiarnia była symbolem przytulności i ciepła w mieście. Miła atmosfera, doskonała lokalizacja, smaczne wypieki, wszystko to tworzyło wyjątkowy nastrój i zachęcało do powrotu. Niestety, ostatnia wizyta przyniosła duże rozczarowanie i zmusiła mnie do zmiany opinii. Kawiarnia była pusta, oferta bardzo uboga i, co gorsza, od kilku lat praktycznie się nie zmienia. Wnętrze straciło swój dawny urok, a czystość stolików pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Największym rozczarowaniem okazał się tart cytrynowy, trudno to tak nazwać. Bezsmakowa, luźna masa za nieprzyzwoicie wysoką cenę. Obsługa, niestety, nie stara się budować przyjemnej atmosfery dla gości. Hałas naczyń i bardzo głośno pracujący blender w sali skutecznie psują nastrój. Myślę, że takie rzeczy powinny być robione w kuchni, a nie przy klientach. Bar wyglądał nieestetycznie i w chaosie, co całkowicie odbierało urok temu miejscu. Szkoda, ale chciało się jak najszybciej wyjść. Nie ma powodu, by tu wracać!
