Avoid! Food is just about average, but they ripp you off when asking to pay for the plate! Yes, it is mentioned at the entrance, but they source "ecological" sugar cane plates and then tell you that it is normal to pay for the plates and there is no other option to avoid fee (like bring own jar). On top of that they have only one bin for sugar cane plates, plastic cutlery paper napkins rest of the food etc. And when you ask why they ripp you off the obviously irritated staff just reply "it's soo...

We eated often in this self-service restaurant during our stay in Krakow. We try some other self service restaurant in near Galeria Krakowska, cost it's the same (4,29 zloty for 100 gr.) but here we find more food closer to our tastes. Local it's very little, you have option to tale away or stay. It's located in train station very near Krakowska Galeria. One stars less because we see chef take in floor one spoon that was accindetaly go down hitted from client, and reputed inside food...

Nie polecam tego miejsca szczególnie osobom posiadającym nietolerancje pokarmowe. Obsługa nie potrafi udzielić odpowiedzi na podstawowe pytanie czy dana potrawa zawiera gluten czy nie. Kasza gryczana śmierdziała spalenizna więc była niejadalna. Gdy poinformowałam o tym kucharza, nie był zainteresowany aby to sprawdzić lub usunąć potrawę ze sprzedaży. Tylko burknął cos pod nosem i zniknął na zapleczu. Z pewnością wiedział że przypalił te kaszę wcześniej ale chętnie sprzeda nie mającemu pojęcia klientowi. Szkoda bo myślałam że znalazłam miejsce do regularnych posiłków przed podróżą na lotnisko.

I do not recommend this place, especially if you have food intolerances. The staff cannot answer the basic question of whether the meal contains gluten or not. The buckwheat smelled burnt so it was inedible. When I informed the cook about this, he was not interested in checking it or removing the dish from sale. He just mumbled something and disappeared.
