So me and my Wife were in Krakow on a Winter holiday from our home in Manchester, England and we were trying to kill some time before our train down to Zakopane on our First visit to Winestone Restaurant.

So we stumbled across Winestone restaurant after leaving Krakow Glowny(Krakow Main station) and decided to pop in for drinks bit of lunch, we were warmly greeted and were seated in the restaurant.

To drink I ordered a local beer and my Wife ordered a glass of red wine 🍷, Drinks came and tasted great, Crisp cold pint of Polish lager for me and my Wife tasted a lovely glass of red wine, Drinks were delicious and went down a treat.

For food we ordered a local smoked cheese with cranberries I ordered some local dumplings(Pierogis) and we were given two complimentary homemade portions of hummus, Food was very well presented and tasted delicious we cleaned our plates and headed to catch our train to Zakopane.

Once we returned to Krakow we headed back to the Winestone restaurant for our Second visit to Winestone and this time to drink my Wife opted for a glass of red wine 🍷 and I opted for another large local beer again.

To eat we had a complimentary appetiser of homemade hummus with a stick of bread, we then ordered some olives 🫒 while waited for a table, Then a few minutes later the waitress came and took us through to our table.

To eat my Wife ordered a Prawn and Chorizo and for mains we ordered a Tomahawk steak between us and it was absolutely massive, The steak was well served i have always wanted to try a Tomahawk steak and we were not disappointed it tasted absolutely amazing, Thick but so tender it was cooked to perfection it came with a side salad we also ordered some fries, The steak was absolutely massive it was the best steak we had ever eaten, The service is absolutely fantastic at the Winestone, the restaurant is spotlessly clean, The toilets were super clean and our waitress(We didn't get her name) but it was only her Third shift and she was super polite and friendly, The food, The ambience, The drink and the overall experience is absolutely fantastic.

Me and my Wife post alot of reviews on Google and we always give our honest opinions and feedback on our experiences we review everything from service, atmosphere, food, drink, value for money etc and we have so far reviewed places from our home in Manchester(England) to Bezier Cap D'agde(South Of France), Rome(Italy), Split(Croatia), Island of Hvar(Croatia), Podgorica(Montenegro), Vatican City(Italy), Tirana(Albania), Sarande(Albanian Riviera), Krakow(Poland) and Zakopane(Poland).

And we review everything from being local to home or out and about to holidays etc and we have reviewed everything from beach clubs, Airbnbs, Travel, holidays, beauty treatments, football stadiums, pubs, takeaways, shops, supermarkets, Taxi's, shooting ranges etc and we have nearly 30,000,000+ views on Google...

Located inside Mercure Hotel where I am staying for several days and after seeing their menu and wine list, this restaurant became my go-to-place for quock bites and refreshments before and after my tours. I gave 5 stars because of wonderful ambiance and fot their decent list of drinks and comfort food menu. I appreciate that they offer and promote their regional wine including as one of the options to claim Mercure's welcome drink voucher. As a tourist, availability of a drink or dish from the region is important. I saw some not so nice reviews but my personal experience on several visits are all good. Fast service and the food quality-price...

Fresh and delicious food. You get great quality for not too expensive, reasonable price. Kind and welcoming service. The atmosphere, the surrounding feel cozy and elegant at the same time. As a vegetarian, I've enjoyed their menu options. I definitely will be coming back and recommending this spot to other people. I've had a great...

Fish and chips - a disaster. The batter was rubbery and contained only trace amounts of cod. Initially, the service was acceptable, but when I provided negative feedback about the food, the waiter got offended and vanished. There was no attempt to address my concerns. It's a shame because the overall restaurant ambiance and menu looked promising
