Visiting the neighbors Camelot Lulu quite often, my eye fell already on this beautiful restaurant when it was still in construction. When the name appeared on the wall I kept on following this place and now it’s finally the time, they opened!
I went here with high expectations and all of them were met or exceeded!
As I’d already sees through the window the interior is absolutely beautiful. It’s so much better than any similar restaurant in the city (yes, also better than Pimiento).
The waitresses did an amazing job! Super helpful, nice talks, always a smile. The girl know exactly what is required to give the guests a good restaurant experience.
And now the most important thing in a restaurant. The food.. damn! This seriously was the best quality steak I’ve had in a long time. Not a single tendon to be found in the tenderloin steak and the Wagyu steak was seriously melting at my tongue. They were both perfectly cooked and the pepper sauce was delicious!
The fries portions were huuuuge, but nice! We should have shared. The salad was a bit small but really delicious.
The deserts were also delicious and good quality. Not really my taste, but it was presented beautifully and you good taste the quality. I hope, in the future they might add more or other desserts.
And this all is very reasonably priced.
I am so hyped about this place! I can’t wait to go again, so I’ll be back...
Read moreWe were a large group of 22 people, but upon arrival, the restaurant divided us into three separate groups without informing us. Each group received their food independently, leading to significant disparities in meal times. The first group received their food an hour before the second, while the third group had to wait an additional 30 minutes after the second group. Consequently, the first group finished their meals long before the others received theirs. Even as we waited, tables that arrived after us were served before us.
Moreover, the service was unacceptably poor, with servers displaying rudeness in both Polish and English. They seemed neglectful and oblivious to our dissatisfaction. Adding insult to injury, a 10% service fee of 400 zloty was included on the bill, despite the lack of satisfactory service. Only after disputing this fee with the servers was it removed, without any apology.
Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment, especially for groups larger than six, as they appear incapable of managing such gatherings efficiently. It was evident that smaller groups were given preferential treatment. While the ambiance was pleasant, the service was subpar, and the food was mediocre at best. In the future, they might consider offering complimentary beverages to compensate for the extensive wait...
