So me and My Wife were in Krakow and Zakopane on a Winter break from our Home in Manchester, England 🏴.
Me and my Wife were walking past so decided to pop in for a quick drink so we headed up the roof terrace, Restaurant and bar were spotlessly clean, Excellent service, Polite and friendly staff, Nice drinks menu, Drinks were well served, Food looked amazing, Beautiful experience.

like for example today we have come to restaurants and set down without anyone come and ask us what we want or show us the menu and then we asked to change where we set and no one have clean the tables yet, we kept calling for the people working there but with no response at all just staring with us side eyes and not showing respect or saying at least what we need to do.
Later on when I want to the lady working there she told me that we need to wait outside in the line for someone to help us I mean you could told us at the beginning but she insist that it was not her fault and that I need to see what writing in the door, telling you again that I have come from different countries and it was showing she could take the time and explained that but no she’s arguing that it was my fault till the end without apologizing which was bed experience for the restaurant My advice take the time to teach you employees how to treat customers and explain thing to them case you know people come form...

We had called before coming to make sure we could have dinner, even with a wait. This had been confirmed over the phone by a nice man.
On arrival, two waitresses communicate with us in a haughty style, in an arrogant language. They asked us to leave and told us that the free table we had seen was reserved for very important people … Anyway, they evict us out of the restaurant. This in a very unpleasant tone.
Ladies waitresses, I want you to know that you represent this restaurant and that your attitude makes it look very bad. But I think you’ve already heard that.
