I used to very much enjoy frequenting this place, however today was my first visit after restrictions have been lifted and I am appalled at what I experienced. I won't even comment on the incompetence and attitude of the waiting staff, as I understand this is currently a common problem in the hospitality business, but I do have to comment upon the rest of the experience. Upon my arrival, I was informed that none of the main dishes are available, which left me with hardly any choice. I went for the good old crowd-pleaser - pizza. I find it indecent that you have the gut to charge me almost 30PLN for an "oven baked" tiny pizza that's more chewy than a frozen pizza from a discount store which you take out of the freezer on one of those days when anything will just do. Moreover, the food I received wasn't cooked and there was raw meat on it. The waitress was visibly annoyed that I returned the food and clearly wasn't planning on taking it off my bill and got even more angry when I insisted. I truly find it disgusting that you charge this much for something that, in my dictionary, isn't nowhere near being edible. Funnily enough, I recently visited the other business owned by the same owners, Pub u Szewca, and my impression was similar - the food was nowhere near as good as what it used to be, so I guess we can no longer call it hospitality business,...

Poor value for money – not worth a second visit. I ordered the English breakfast – it was okay at best, nothing memorable. For 38 PLN in 2025 (around €9), you don’t even get coffee or tea included – you’ll have to pay an extra 16–18 PLN just for a drink. Even more surprising: no condiments or seasoning provided by default. I had to ask separately for ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper.

Service was inattentive and slow – the staff seemed completely disengaged unless approached multiple times.

Honestly, in most Western European capitals you’d get a complete breakfast with hot drink and extras for this price, with much better service. Here, you pay more and get less.

W dniu dzisiejszym wybraliśmy się na śniadanie z dziećmi w wieku 1 rok i 3 lata. Nie była to nasza pierwsza wizyta. Pani uprzedziła że na śniadanie będzie trzeba czekać ok. 15-20 minut. Zamówione dania przyszły dopiero po 45 minutach od zamówienia. Były zimne. Śniadanie angielskie - zimne parówki(w smaku jakby wogole nie gotowane), zimna kaszanka, fasolka, boczek, jajka sadzone usmażone na twardo i zimne. Nie pomine faktu oszczędzania na pieczywie. Drugie danie jajecznica i trzy pasty. Jajecznica zimna, pieczywa dwie kromki do trzech past. Poinformowana kelnerka o zimnych daniach zabrała je bez słowa bez informacji co dalej. Czwarte danie - bajgiel dostaliśmy po 55 minutach od zamówienia. Gdy już zrezygnowaliśmy ze śniadania.

Obsługa próbowała wyjść z twarzą dając rabat w postaci darmowej herbaty i soku ale zabrakło w mojej ocenie słow "przepraszam za zaistniałą sytuację". Poprostu bez słowa nastąpiło rozliczenie. Za bajgla zapłaciliśmy. Próbowano nam jeszcze na rachunku dopisać te zimna jajecznicę.

Jedynka przy obsłudze za pazerne podejście właściciela do ilości personelu. Tak jak wspominałem nie była to nasza pierwsza, druga czy trzecia wizyta, a problem z uwijajaca się jak mrówka kelnerka (jedna kelnerka na sali) ciągle ten sam. O ile podziwiam, że kelnerka nie padła to oszczędność na personelu jest poprostu słaba.

Co zawinilo na kuchni? Nie potrafię zrozumieć. Nielogiczne wydaje się to że czekając dłużej dwukrotnie dostaje się...
