Trybunalska — Hotel in Lublin

The location on the market square is lovely for visiting the old town. I had a great view of the square and area. The room was very clean and modern and had a refrigerator. Bathroom was spacious.||||Where this hotel doesn't work is in the STAFF. I was well served in the restaurant, but the same staff when I checked in or had a question was horrible. This staff needs to understand that they work for BOTH the guestrooms and restaurant. This would have been a much high review if the staff was better!||||I called three times (each person was male) to get parking directions (because I had reserved parking and they had confirmed this) and each time was told they would email me the directions. The reserved parking directions NEVER were sent. I paid to park and walked in to the hotel, there I was greeted by a very pleasant reddish haired gal who gave me the correct directions for parking and checked me in. Often I noticed staff more interested in their mobile phones then waiting on customers. Especially true in the coffee house that is run on the ground floor. They had charged my credit card the first night's stay as a deposit; however, instead of charging me in Polish Zloty they charged me in US dollars. The exchange rate was terrible and other reviewers have commented on this same problem. When I tried to pay the other two nights accommodation they would ONLY charge my credit card in US dollars. So I refused and insisted on paying the bill in cash at the rate I booked on this website. This was acceptable, but was not how they preferred payment. ||||The breakfast was so-so. Eggs were runny and not cooked one day (I was here 3 nights). In addition they were storing chafing dishes on the floor partly in front of the elevator. The dishes were there for two days before they were moved. ||||The physical facilities are very nice, but most of the staff really does not care if you are there or not. This could be a 10, but they need to work on customer service and focus on doing whatever task is needed and...

Room was spacious, clean and tidy. The location is absolutely excellent, I think it is hard to find a better one in Lublin. Rooms in such location usually have the disadvantage of noise transferred to the room, so you are bothered with sounds and it is difficult to fall asleep. The rooms at this hotel are excellently soundproofed! You stay right above a busy pub, and once you close the windows all that you hear is like dogs barking very, very far away. It's magic. hotel, cozy rooms, a place with good idea, to visit often. restaurant as well as a coffee shop. several levels of comfortable space. menu with various delicious dishes, soft music, open late. from the restaurant room, you go through the door to the corridors and your room and then return to another restaurant room on another level. revelation :)||||comfortable rooms, moderate prices, good quality of everything. best hotel for weekends or parties, even weddings. the sister g20 is more elegant, in both hotels you work in concentration, in the restaurants there are many places ensuring privacy....
