Piatto Bianco Ristorante — Restaurant in Poznan

Highly overrated. I have never been at the restaurant itself, however unfortunately we ordered take away via Pyszne. The initial estimated delivery time was nearly two hours for which reason we decided to call to cancel. Once we called we were informed that they were already preparing our food and it would be home in max 30 mins. The delivery boy was very unpleasant, not a single smile and since a made a mistake with payment (I gave 70 instead of 80 for a bill that was 72), instead of telling me that some money was missing, he left the food on the floor with not a word until I asked if he would give it to me and he told me (far from politely) that 2 zl were missing. The food was not tasty, it was very heavy and the pizza base is made with a lot of oil or grease which makes it very heavy to digest. We also ordered chicken with mushrooms sauce which was kind of OK however not good quality and pretty tasteless. This restaurant for us is a Big NO. Not...

I always do delivery and today I came to the place for the first time. It’s not a restaurant but more like a pizza bar, seems like it has been moved to this address recently. However, pizza from Bianco is the best in town for me. I dont understand why it receives such low scores, maybe because of the waiting time but the owner was so nice, he called me to inform that I have to wait for 20 mins and it’s acceptable for me. Zamawiałam przez uber eats ale dostawca bardzo miły i pomocny. Komunikacja z obiektem super natomiast jedzenie 0/10. Pene z szynką- gdzie jest zapiekany ser? Makaron słabo ugotowany, szynka totalnie bez smaku jak zresztą całość, najbardziej było czuć brokuła. Niestety było to danie lepsze od tagietalle z kurczakiem - passata pomidorowa bez przypraw nawet soli, 3 oliwki na krzyż, kurczak smakował krwawym mięsem a nie dobrze usmażonym kurczaczkiem. Bardzo się zawiodłam bo byłam głodna i czas oczekiwania 1.5 h, to akurat uzasadnione bo z restauracji na Plewiska ale wciąż wolałabym iść do żabki i kupić gotowy makaron niż czekać tyle i nie zjeść ze względu na smak. Powtórzę że obsługa super i dostawca naprawdę sympatyczny- kucharz zdecydowanie tutaj zawinił i uważam że (zupełnie szczerze i bez przesady) lepiej bym to ugotowała mimo braku doświadczenia kulinarnego. Informacja zwrotna do właściciela: kucharz miał bardzo słaby dzień a jeśli tak dania wyglądają zawsze to kucharz do wymiany. Bez zniżki na pierwsze zamówienie od Uber eats zapłaciłabym 90 zł ( 2 makarony plus dostawa) chyba bym się popłakała otwierając to zamówienie.
