Update on 17.11.2024 Again you don’t accept what customers have been saying and keep saying it’s a fake review😂😂😂 I can confirm that when I visited the restaurant and checked the online menu, there were literally a few pasta dishes available at that time! (They were carbonara, some tomato pasta and lasagne and risotto!) I remember ordering carbonara just because I didn’t find what I found outside menu! It was at 21:00 on a weekday in October! I understand you guys had 7 dishes in pasta and risotto section on the menu outside as I took a picture of that outside menu!
It doesn’t matter if I made an temporary IG account and complain or not because you didn’t react to me but just gave me a weird follow for some reason😂 why didn’t you just reply to my comment on the post? It’s clear that you didn’t want to because there were other customers seeing the comment section!
I can tell you from common sense perspective in customer service that it is not YOU who decides that there is nothing wrong with staff attitude but it’s customers who evaluate them😂
And you didn’t even try to mention the broken key at bathroom😂I wonder why!
Anyway, I gave you the chance to react sincerely to a customer’s comment who didn’t really have a nice experience, you failed at it obviously😉 you know hearing customer voices really makes a difference in customer service to give them sincere impression. I hoped to receive your sincere opinion, however, I didn’t because you kept insisting that my review is fake! I look forward to seeing how long the business lasts😉
Update on 10.11.2024. This restaurant replied to my review below. Like other customers say, they insult people who commented opinions here, just saying “fake review”. I leave a screenshot of their comment here fyi.
I don't want to write a bad review but I think I should so that everyone doesn't have to experience the same. There are 4 things to be mentioned.
Selection of dishes were very bad. When I checked the menu outside the restaurant, the menu showed all kinds of Italian dishes, which made me decide to enter this place. When I saw the number of available dishes, I was shocked. They had much fewer dishes than shown in the menu outside (it was online order system). They had only 2 or 3 kinds of pasta..., few pizza, salad or something like that. At this point, it is fraud for customers. I was ready to order other pasta, but they didn't have it, so I just ordered carbonara. I understand the number of dishes can be smaller as it was around 20 pm when we entered the place. However, they didn't mention anything about it at all. The selection of dishes was very bad and I already regretted entering this place. Never again.
Carbonara was too salty and too hard. I saw many comments here regarding how bad carbonara was and unfortunately, I have to agree with them. I have eaten real carbonara in Italy without cream and bacon of course! Even though the owner criticized customers in some comments here, saying like "it is the real carbonara. you just don't know the real one", I think the chef simply lack skill in making carbonara. I know the real carbonara in Italy can be salty depending on regions, but it was too salty here. You guys should think about it once again.
Bathroom door was broken. It didn't have key and I couldn't lock the door. But no staff mentioned it. Also the air inside the restaurant was bad and too hot.
All staffs created an atmosphere of “hurry up and go home”. even though we were still drinking. I understand they wanted to close the restaurant and go home asap. but it is just terrible attitude in customer service. Some staffs were already waiting for us to leave around the door, looking at us at the table. It was super unwelcoming atmosphere, which makes customers feel really bad. I think the attitude of people here is not right.
Fortunately, I don't have to come back here again. Even though the decoration inside the restaurant was nice, the quality of foods and customer service were bad.

Read moreMy experience at Bottega's was quite disappointing. The pasta lacked flavor and seemed to have an excessive amount of aldehydes, making it unpleasant to eat. Additionally, the sauce was noticeably lacking salt, which further contributed to the blandness of the dish. As an avid fan of authentic trap carbonara pasta, this was certainly not up to par with what I expected.
The Aperol I ordered was disappointing as well. It appeared to be diluted with too much water, resulting in a small, unsatisfying glass that wasn't even filled to the brim.
To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. I waited for my pizza for a whole hour, which is just unacceptable in any restaurant. Even when the pizza finally arrived, the "Pizza 5 Formaggi" lacked seasoning, particularly salt, leaving it without the rich and satisfying taste that should accompany such a dish.
Overall, I must say that this was the worst dining experience I have had with pasta and pizza. I had high hopes for Bottega's, but unfortunately, it fell short in terms of both taste and service. I hope they take these criticisms constructively and make the necessary improvements to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for their customers...

The quality of some products was questionable (such as the not fresh ricotta of the bruschetta and the flavor of the arancini). Both of the main are done wrongly. In the carbonara huge pieces of bacon (that was not guanciale, or at least not a good quality one) at times completely burnt, while the cacio e pepe was extremely sweet. In any case, what disappointed the most was the service.
