We decided to give this place a shot based on recommendations from several friends, and boy, were they right about the pizza! It had a real Italian flair, maybe even a bit too much for my liking. I can explain, I went for the one with guanciale, which was tasty, but I felt like the guanciale could have been sliced a bit thicker and there could've been a bit more cheese on the pizza. Still, the price was fair for the quality, and the location near our hotel in a quiet area was a plus.

We opted to sit outside, which was perfect in the nice weather. The service was friendly and quick, both in taking our order and baking the pizza. The best pizza I have ever had. Period. The line was long but so worth it. They use a Neapolitan oven so the pizzas cook in 90 seconds. I had the Diavola which was incredible and not too spicy. The crust was crispy and the cheese was very light and fresh. The highlight was the summery basil tomato sauce on the red pizzas. I wish I could have taken another pizza home with me but half the experience is eating it hot out of the oven. The service was super fast and friendly too- that made the experience amazing.

The bathrooms were also incredibly clean and spacious considering the restaurants location in a bustling neighborhood.
