If Google would let us give Pegaz 6 stars, we absolutely would. In fact, it probably deserves 7. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by staff so effortlessly charming and familiar, you half expect them to ask how your mum’s doing. Furry friends? They’re more than welcome. There’s no shortage of cozy Persian rugs for them to sprawl out on, making it feel just as much like their home as yours.

The space is an absolute visual treat—a mix of whimsical nostalgia and clever design. Seriously, don’t miss the flower and ferment room or the hot air balloon room. Every corner is its own little world, and somehow, it feels like you’re in both a bustling cocktail bar and your own private dining room at once. Intimate without being cramped, it’s as if Pegaz was designed to be exactly what you needed before you even knew it. It grows on you too…

This isn’t just a restaurant or a cocktail bar. Pegaz is like stepping into a time machine that whisks you back to a golden era of Poland most of us never lived through, but can’t help but feel a longing for. The music? Straight out of the 1920s and 30s, evoking a glamour that just doesn’t exist anymore—except here.

And then, of course, there’s the food. The garlic sausage? It’s spicy, succulent, and frankly everything a bar snack should aspire to be. The fermented veggies? Tangy, vibrant, and perfect alongside their locally baked bread. It’s all humble, honest ingredients but assembled in a way that leaves you thinking, “How did I not realize I needed this in my life?”

Pegaz isn’t just a place for a night out—it’s a nostalgic escape, with a twist. Worth every single pfennig, and then some. We’ll be back—bells and whistles on.

If the whole review is too long for you, I will shorten things up ... it's a must place for every cocktail enthusiast and alcohol lover in general. The first thing you see when you get inside the place is a very well thought decorated interior with the smallest things placed in order to make that wow reaction that certainly took me over. The stuff is very nice and great you with a huge smile. The menu is well designed to put through the amazing variety of beverages and food in a very entertaining way that will make you fascinated, just like from a great written book. In the beginning, we started with 2 very nice and good balanced cocktails that came to the table with an amazing show of smoky treasure case. The cocktails were tasty, and my partner ordered another one while my attention was caught by a very rare bottle of bourbon. For me, till that day , it was an unreachable type of bottle that was or too expensive as a serving, or just you couldn't get it anywhere, but there it was ... available and with price that surprised me, so u needed to ask the waiter , Vasel ( I hope I spell It right ) 3 times if the price is correct. It indeed was, so I ordered double right away. It was special opportunity for me to enjoy something that i may never have the option to enjoy again so im greatful for that experience that they granted to me. We also ordered some nuts, the regular and the vegan Tartar. I will finish in the same words as I started ... it's a must place if you want to enjoy a unique atmosphere with unique...
