Today I made an order ‘to-go’. It was Duck in teriyaki sauce. In general I was glad with this restaurant, nice prices for nice portions. I remember the first time I bought there a duck in teriyaki sauce - jt was more than delicious (it was in February). Today I decided to repeat my order knowing that it also must be delicious. When I opened the package up I saw a very little amount of rice like I’m some kind of a bird and a very very extremely dry duck with noooo literally no teriyaki sauce. I am swearing it looked like it was cooked several days ago (I don’t really know maybe yesterday or 3 days ago). It tastes like a dry meat with flavour of yesterday’s fat from the fridge. I always had a good experience here but the last time I visited here, we ordered on the phone and reached 20 mins before closing for our order, however the Polish lady at the counter was extremely rude and kicked us out of the restaurant, she did not bother to let us eat there so we left with our order. We had ordered 6 servings of Fried fish, and we specially pointed it out on the menu “Smażona ryba”, but when we reached home and started eating, it turned out to be chicken!!! This is absolutely unacceptable as we cannot eat the chicken served here due to dietary restrictions and since they did not let us eat at the restaurant we had no way of resolving this problem and changing the order.
